what you have not mentioned about the early summer of 2017, is that between may and end july Ukog issued 10 near identical RNS' (oil found at Broadford Bridge, further oil shows at broadford bridge etc) and pumped their mcap to oblivion.
Many, including myself I admit, were sucked into a sham.
I'm well underwater here, and have written my investment off. This share will never get back to my breakeven point of 6pence because of monster dilution/distrust of the bod (remember the death spiral finance!) and the fact that the world is changing very quickly. I believe that it wont be long before the government stops leaning on councils to approve planning/drilling for oil companies. Go on BP or Shell's website, most of their promotion is for renewables now.
Who here in their heart of hearts really believes now that they've invested in a winner?
I think if the SP opened tomorrow at one's breakeven price then in the majority of cases they would take their capital, count their stars and run for the hills.
Not deramping, just honest talk from someone who has ridden this for a couple of years and is massively disappointed with how it has gone. I hate this company and the way it is run.
