Jan I am not sure if you understand geology, but ss has stated that HH is already naturally fractured, this is part of the water ingress problem, and further fracturing would be of no use, I am sorry but people will have to face up to the facts ukog are not a fracking company, and should they try and change that and acquire some frackable assets things might be different…

Stockraiser, I am all for fossil fuels for the foreseeable future, but can you tell me what assets ukog have that need red tape lifting, that will enable them to move forward and get some production of any meaningful sort??

Why some people can’t comprehend is beyond me, ukog are not a fracking oil company and do not own any fracking plant and equipment, SS has stated that they don’t frack, won’t frack, and indeed can’t frack as they have no frackable assets, what we do have is permission to drill more conventional wells at horse hill and a water injection well, as well as the go ahead for Loxley, but this seems of no immediate interest to SS, I wonder why?

The Government taking a different stance…maybe they will force oil companies to drill wells they have permission for, or even, if they force them to use the money raised, for the intended purpose??

Well that’s something to look forward to, The analysis suggests shale production would start slowly in 2026, before becoming one of the UK's main energy supplies, what about the here and now???

ells why I am here should be irrelevant to you, and whether you get me or not is irrelevant to me, I am being honest and truthful in my opinion ukog has nothing to offer in the near future, all this talk of fracking is complete ramping hype, according to the messiah, SS, it won’t happen, for various reasons, the geology being the main one, then we have production 50 odd bopd at horse hill, with little or no hope of increasing, the great saviour of horse hill was allegedly the water injection, but SS has decided to go on a wild Turkey chase, there’s been permission for more wells at HH for a while why haven’t we drilled more wells, or started with the water injection, only SS knows, but what ever fairytale he decides to chase there’s a placing or two on the cards…But like you say you are in at a 52 week low, did you ever ask yourself why ?

ells so we all have to take your advice and follow your instructions, I don’t think so, you do what you think is good for you, but don’t come on here dishing out advice that suits your trading agenda, we have seen it all before, I have held a few aim stocks for years and they have turned around, ujo being the classic example, but they all had fundamentals and reasonable assets, ukog has none, your only hope is that you bought in at a 52 week low and hope and pray it goes up, with the help of your upside down candle chart, it might work but it’s just luck, because ukog has nothing in the pipeline to help the energy crisis for years to come, they have missed the boat this time round, what ever Liz Truss says about anything, ukog are not in the game…

Ocelot that’s lies, I never ever said I was here for the pump and dumps, I actually despise them, but I have been forced to take advantage of them and ride the coattails of the pumpers… there’s a big difference

ells it is only clear in your head that I am hurting from anything, far from it if you look back in my posting history you will see, I have traded my way in to profit here, but that’s not what I originally invested for, I believed in SS and the Gatwick Gusher, I am not a trader in origin, I like to buy and hold, but this lifestyle company opened my eyes to the concept, I don’t have to believe in a company or like it to remain invested, And as I have previously stated I am well invested for the energy crisis, and that’s exactly my point ukog has nothing to offer to help the energy crisis other than a drip, and even if they find gas at Loxley it’s years away from production, so I wish you well with your 10 bagger, because if your holding goes up 10 fold maybe you didn’t realise mine will also.

ells you have now employed the tactic of name calling, that always a sign you are losing a debate, and for your 52 week lows to do anything but languish, you will need some substantial news that actually affects ukog, and hopefully before the next placings, where as many before you have found there’s always a lower 52 week low…

ells again you assume to know all about other investors and their business, and again I can only speak for my self, I had an account on here before I invested in ukog, and as for being green, I work in the North Sea and indeed just got home this morning at 1:30 am after a 24 day trip working 14 hrs a day servicing a big separator so that the company I work for (and hold shares in) can get their shutdown (TAR) completed and bring the production back on line…To keep the black stuff pumping to help keep you and the rest of us warm and in fuel this winter…

ells you seem to know a lot about other posters investments and how they are all losers, I can’t speak for others but as you have previously named me in one of your fantasy categories, I will respond, one of my first aim investments was a gold miner called GGP, I was lucky and had, in my world considerable profit’s, some of which, I reinvested in ukog and other aim shares, I also never invest more than I can afford to lose, this strategy gives me the freedom of speech to call a turd a turd, and have the liberty to speak my mind on this disastrous lifestyle company, I am not saying you will not make money here, but trying to do so at others expense posting unrelated information with the intent to polish this turd, don’t expect a free ride…ocelot can’t handle it and allegedly filters everyone that doesn’t tow the party line…

The possible lifting of the fracking moratorium seems to be causing a bit of uplift in the sp, amongst the oilers with frackable assets, some putting out rns declaring this… ujo being one such company, which I am fortunate enough to have been invested in and investing in for several years, I am also invested and have been investing in ukog for several years, and in all that time SS has proclaimed that ukog assets would never be(need)fracked as it would be a pointless exercise as the fractures were already there, Horse Hill in particular…. So maybe some on here can’t quite comprehend that fracking or no fracking has no impact on ukog apart from the unscrupulous(not all) traders trying to pump for a trade, any genuine investors looking to take advantage of possible fracking might want to look elsewhere, personally I am enjoying the response in ujo….

SS Interview with the New Statesman The advantage of the limestones beneath the Weald, says Sanderson, is that “they’re naturally fractured,” meaning expensive and highly controversial fracking is not required. “It all results from the Horse Hill well. That was the first well drilled with modern data acquisition and analysis techniques. I looked at the data from it, and it didn’t fit with the existing model in the Weald, which stated that this Kimmeridge shale rock wasn’t ever buried deep enough to have generated significant volumes of oil. The Horse Hill well showed that to be incorrect. With that information I came to the conclusion that the Kimmeridge limestone is a viable target, the fractures are already there, and that there could well be a very decent prize in that. The rate that we got out was beyond my wildest expectation.
