You can dress it up whatever way you want, the bottom line is the CEO is responsible for the company’s performance, and SS seems to have forgotten that, he has lied and withheld important information that could have and would have influenced investors decisions, with no rush to let investors know what is happening, why should he as he continually gets an over inflated salary, companies are run on results and SS results are dismal, you can try and make every excuse under the sun, but the money he has raised at investors expense and the shares he has put in issue, through dodgy dealings with the lowest of city bankrolers is despicable, the company is crooked…
