Consolidation will increase the sp by default, but the value of your holding will remain the same, initially until it starts dropping again, and SS will have a license to do the same again. Just print more confetti, rinse and repeat…

If SS manages to keep this con alive, which now must be doubtful, he will indeed keep consolidating, and in turn keep issuing more confetti, his only goal will be rinse and repeat, keeping his salary alive, nothing more…

From H.L. Today … The board of UK Oil & Gas plc recently announced a reorganisation of the company's share capital whereby shareholders as at close of business on 16 February 2024 would have their holding consolidated, receiving 1 new share in place of every 10 previously held.

The general meeting (GM) scheduled for 16 February 2024 to approve this action has been postponed, therfore the consolidation has not yet gone effective. 

A new meeting date has not yet been announced, however we will contact you once we have further information.

Typo consolidation

Consolidation will make no difference to the value of the shares you hold, there will just be a difference to how many you have after consolidation but the value of your holding will be pretty much the same,

But then SS will have the audacity with the new share price to dilute as at his pleasure, conciliation is the worst thing that can now happen for ukog shareholders, no doubt the traders will try and put a positive spin on things to create a pump and dump…

You can dress it up whatever way you want, the bottom line is the CEO is responsible for the company’s performance, and SS seems to have forgotten that, he has lied and withheld important information that could have and would have influenced investors decisions, with no rush to let investors know what is happening, why should he as he continually gets an over inflated salary, companies are run on results and SS results are dismal, you can try and make every excuse under the sun, but the money he has raised at investors expense and the shares he has put in issue, through dodgy dealings with the lowest of city bankrolers is despicable, the company is crooked…

When you initially research a company, and are deciding whether to invest or not, one of the main considerations are do you BELIEVE the ceo… SS talked a completely believable game, there were many investors that thought that they had done due diligence and were willing to BELIEVE the ceo…it has turned out that the ceo was a stranger to the truth (lier) with many false promises, and only his salary and self preservation in mind…So Nibbly although you have made plenty trading on such volatility you are bang out of order basically saying that anyone suffering losses is doing to them selves and basically greed…Their losses are due to believing in a ceo with a constant fairytale (lie) to keep them strung along, so in my opinion you are bang out of order blaming the average pi for their own losses

And as penguin’s says does anyone believe???

Putting all the politics aside, ujo has been a complete dud for anyone thats bought in with the intention of holding for future returns…
