Lenin that’s fine speaking for yourself, I would never dream of telling you or anyone else to buy, sell, or hold, I am Invested here and will speak my mind as I have done over the years, whether you think it is deramping or ramping, I will sell when I am ready and not be influenced by someone who says keep quiet on how you see things or sell and go somewhere else...

You’re choices and entirely upto you...choice of being patient / sell accept a loss or the gain already made if it is only small and try another company .but this will carry a completely different set of risk of course ... Lenin what I am going to do for now is speak my mind when ever I feel like it and continue to hold until I feel like selling, and if speaking my mind doesn’t agree with you, just ignore me, but don’t tell me to sell if I am not happy...

Lenin...I have been invested in ujo for just short of 3 years and have a relatively low average, but I am very disappointed in the way the money was raised the last time and this is looking like a repeat performance, and I will be voicing my opinion, you are relatively new investor here and you seem to be telling people that if they have any complaints on the way things are going just sell, well I am far from happy but won’t be selling until I am ready.

Argus I think it is you that has completely missed the point by a country mile...basically when you are spending someone else’s money with none of your own money at risk, you will inevitably take more of a gamble, SS has gambled and so far he has lost(someone else’s money)

I have copied 2 posts here 1 from SelfishMcNimby and 2 from JustBe This 2 post sum up the whole debacle for me... 1 The first thing anyone would be likely to do if they hear there's to be a placing (IF they are prepared to break the law) is sell their stock. Then they could look to drop the share price by suggesting there's a placing. Then buy in it or on the open market as near bottom as possible. Nobody seems to bother to follow or enforce the laws... 2 It looks like certain entities in the wider market knew before BMD as the sell down was in full swing before he broke the news. Or maybe he knew earlier and covered his behind, sitting on the news until it was safe for him to confirm a placing? Either way, UJO will just pay lip service to disgruntled investors and the episode will be kicked into the long grass (as it was last year). 5 million (if that figure is correct) won't last forever and investors will be be on fool me once , fool me twice, fool me three times...These 2 posts sum it up for me, the law has again been broken and UJO will again do nothing about it... I feel let down by the company I have been invested in for nearly 3 years.

Tymers if you are filtering posters at the rate you are saying you will be reading Trolls and your own posts only...I also have been in GGP for nearly 3 years, what a fantastic share to be involved in, and have taken profits, one thing for sure I won’t be putting it in here...

I have been invested in several aim companies over the years, that have raised money through a placing, and I have to say that as far as sp movement prior to placing, this is the only company that has blatantly leaked, although placings are the norm for aim, most I have been invested in that have plaiced have taken everyone by surprise...This is the second time the ujo board have let the news out to selected investors...

The company is a vehicle that pays the directors' salaries. It also pays the Nomad. It pays the broker (which may also be the Nomad), and it pays the PR agency. All of these parties, including the directors, have an interest in the company continuing, because without it they are all out of jobs. Therefore, there is always a new story or a new project to invest in – so long as retail investors continue to fund story stocks then the company will continue. If you are going to invest, it’s worth checking how much the directors have taken out of the business and how much of their own capital they’ve put in. Nil-cost options do not count – this is simply transferring shareholder cash into the directors’ pockets.

Tymers he talks of comedy gold, he tells all buy when he’s gone and sold, he then has a laugh at those underwater and entices more in like lambs to the slaughter, the sp will rise he try’s to proclaim, it goes further down or just stays the same, his 8p prediction it was very bold, he should look in the mirror it’s comedy gold!! He has a small following I think about three, they post every day to collect a small fee, his predictions, now lower but he’s just as bold, he looks in the mirror at comedy gold!! The price it rises a tenth of a penny, he gets real excited his posts are a many, If anyone mentions it’s not going to hold he uses the filter, pure comedy gold!!
