Do we know how many wells were drilled in the field, and brought on line to get 885bopd?

Idle speculation on my part, but I do wonder how many PIs have bought in on the intimated success in taping the Kimmeridge and now continue to keep a keen eye on the stock, in the event they might get a chance to sell, ie a mass of sellers waiting for an opportune moment (spike) to get out and never think about UKOG again.

Ocelot this is exactly what I am saying, you think the next placing may prove to be more of an opportunity for those who participate in it than a problem for UKOG, It is always an opportunity for those that take part in it, it is the pi that always loses out, from my previous experience?

Ok Ocelot thanks for your courteous reply and good wishes much appreciated, but I maybe wrong in thinking we are going to have a substantial fund raise with further dilution to finance any further progress either in the uk or Turkey, from previous history this might involve a discounted placing for the city flippers, what’s your opinion on that?

Ocelot I am not anti ukog or anti oil and gas, in fact my livelihood depends on it, I am back to work offshore beginning of May, I can see where you are coming from with your positive sentiment in the tone of your posts, whilst I hope you can see my previous disappointment in agreeing with similar posts over the years and watched the price continually drop, now as I have previously said at today’s price it might be worth a punt for new investors, but for the likes of me and I would say the majority of investors that’s been invested for a few years and me personally have continually averaged down to less than 1p, with a lot more invested than I originally intended, when do I stop averaging down? Is there a likelihood that the company will go bust? I know you are a knowledgeable poster with a glass half full attitude, and not one of the 2p 5p 10p fantasist that keep predicting imminent sp rises that never materialised... I do have funds ready to try and consolidate my paper losses, but I have heard it all before and there’s nothing new to make me invest more at this time, Jam tomorrow, this is all from my personal view...I hope you and all genuine investors do well.

Serious investors will also take account of the current share price and form an opinion concerning the extent to which the company's prospects are reflected in that price... I think serious Investors have already been taking account of the current share price and have been forming an opinion to which the company’s prospects are reflected, continually over the last few years and that is indeed is reflected in the share price we now find our selves at.

I whole heartedly agree that the uk needs oil and gas and Will do for the foreseeable future, the green age is a long while away yet, but the amount of oil ukog has contributed to the uk is minuscule, and now we are off to Turkey and unknown prospects...

RollingInIt...Agreed my timing was wrong and continued to be wrong as I continually believed in the CEO and kept investing (average down) over the last few years, which was all my own choices but have to say I was influenced by the CEO statements. And as I said I am no expert I do some research and invest if I see fit, and will continue to hold and (whinge) hoping something substantial happens and the company turns around, but I am under no illusions unlike a select few on here that have been posting almost daily for years that the sp will imminently reach 2p 5p 8p and higher, when in fact it has continually dropped so dramatically. As for new investors I would probably have a punt myself, but for me already over exposed the fear of a total collapse deters me from investing more at this time, but never say never and good luck to you and all genuine Investors.

RollingInIt Firstly I was asking a question as I have also held shares in aim companies and never posted on their boards, and the word “them” was used in the simple context of the persons reading the 88E board or indeed posting on the board, and as for giving financial advice, I have never advised anyone, to buy or sell and indeed have never said the price will rise or fall, and as for my thinking my views are superior to others, far from it I am an inexperienced private investor with an opinion on the company he is interested in, I am not a trader, and like to invest and hold, and if I am lucky watch it grow, at one time I believed in ukog and it’s management, my opinion is now changed, you got one part correct I am a disillusioned holder. That all being said I never disagreed with or challenged any of your posts, maybe you should read your own posts and look in the mirror...

Rollinglnit as you posted, The vitriol from disillusioned holders at the time was far more prevalent on both stocks than here, which you may find surprising...did you not post on the 88E board with encouragement for them as you appear to be doing on here?

Ozzy I also sincerely hope that ukog proves me wrong, and as I have been saying for years If SS has indeed got a master plan, that does indeed give shareholder value at the time he intimated it would, resulting in me investing more of my hard earned for believing his words, and as you say I am proven wrong, I will come on this board and eat a massive amount of humble pie...

Ukog is a lifestyle company for the ceo and directors and even the nomad...This share is only good for pump and dumpers, wish I had realised this sooner, but the last few days,reading this board has confirmed with out a shadow of a doubt, this is for traders, no real long time investment prospects I thought I was investing in a transformational oil discovery but that will never happen and Turkey is a wild goose (Turkey) chase, The company is a sham, but good luck to all who pump it up and get the punters excited and then leave them holding the bag...

Ukog is a dead duck, but what’s happening here?

Firstly I am no XR, nimby, swampy or whatever, and I do hope their signs get blown away and indeed their camps washed away as well, I am also no deramper I am just a disgruntled shareholder, still holding in hope... I bought in on what I thought was proper research, and continued to invest on the hype from the ceo, whom at the time I thought was an honest hard working oil man, I would love this to turn around and at least get some money back, but I feel that it is a very long shot... Then you get the ramping Trolls that have been posting daily for years the same Jam tomorrow ramping nonsense that has never come true in any shape or form, as in continually predicting multi baggs for over 2 years as the price has continually multi dropped, it beggars belief... And anyone that points this out gets their posts removed or banned, come on LSE sort this out, for the honest, private investors who frequents this board, to assess any real news and development with the company, with an open mind.

I think the Trill weatherman chappie is having a melt down, read back his last 8 or 10 post, they make less sense than usual...if that’s possible

He has managed to get most posts removed, but that’s ok he now has to watch what he posts himself, he will be cautious with the financial advice and even the weather forecast LOL...

2Kally...What a fantastic story and well believable...I remember the 8LXB and having a near flat battery she jus gave a groan on the button, put each cylinder on half compression and got her to turn over and fired up 1 cylinder at a time...the board is quiet tonight so hopefully we don’t get a reprimand for going off topic...

2Kally I use to run and maintain them myself, The Gardener engine was in a league of its own for mid sized marine propulsion, I owned several fishing boats fitted with the 8LXB, what a work horse and the last fishing boat I had was fitted with the 6LXB it was bulletproof, stayed away from the high revving one can’t remember the model, Both Gardener and Lister were a testament to British engineering...ATB
