A couple of free sites online provide good information MrB.....also seen the intrinsic value based on future cashflow as 35p.......the usual risks apply but we could be 50% undervalued if we see future expected growth and cashflow confirmed.......my own breakeven is now 10.78p after top ups at low Sp's so expect to see a good return on my investment......

Current value of PTY is 13.83p and it has good growth potential MrB........so at current SP of 10.25p I have to up my opinion to strong buy......and if the sale of non core assets goes ahead at it's value of just under 2 mil then cashflow positive is on the cards.... therefor no excuse not to give us long suffering PI's a dividend as you say......

Found one....Andrew Hoare on ii tipped PTY among others this morning......could be reason for rise.....

Buys coming in this morning.......has PTY been tipped MrB.....back above 10p is a good start to 2018.......Happy New Year to all....

Trading statement reads really well and can see why Director buy at the price.......would have hoped for a bigger bounce in SP but if we do get a dividend next year then it should see a proper value........not buying anymore at the mo MrB but agree now is good for toppers......

Just topped up again MrB......1069 showing at 11.02 today......now expecting the SP to drop further...lol

Good reply and as I thought with the director buy..........No MrB not Bullish....just holding, I bought at 400 so can sit for a while and await developments......flippin hard work and hard to read is investing and would have been richer if I had just left the cash in the bank lol

Definitely a poser MrB........I thought the same as you, what do they know that I don't........with AIM shares and what these people get away with is sometimes blummin criminal.......

Broker ratings never seem to get updated on here......apparently WH Ireland took over from Investec in May and increased their forecast to 17.5p......can't confirm this though........

Certainly worth 12p and 15p could be fair value as you say and would be more if we could get lift off next year......been very patient with Management but they need to lift sentiment.......

So did I MrB on 2nd Nov............if it stays at this level of SP we could see a bid.......also in PFC and hear rumours of a bid arriving.....

Yeh would agree with that.......would also appreciate the gifts of a crystal ball and hindsight........the rise I predicted was small and short-lived but as you say.....there are positives....just sorry I can't add to them.....see what the update brings.

Has the SP been lowered to facilitate an offload/purchase of shares Mr B..........seems to be over now and we maybe seeing it rise back up........top up?

Haha!.....if the SP wasn't such a pain you would be so funny MrB......in fact I am chuckling while typing......I wish I had never heard of this and one or two other of my underperformers....also wish that I had just stuck with listed shares as the AIM stocks seem to be just jobs/money for those running them and nothing for the PI's......

I think that people were expecting a better bottom line Mr B..... even though exceptional items were nil this year it is still jam tomorrow......15p is not out of the question but I don't see it happening just yet.....still hopeful though lol

Can we expect the half year report this week I wonder.......SP now in full retreat I see so obviously no positive leaks and hoping for a positive report to get us back into the teens.....ever hopeful Mr B.....

We have our answer to the exchange of stock......Bob doin his usual wheelin un dealin.....some serious dilution going on here folks......

Really do not know what to make of it......12% to 8%.....in a low interest rate situation not a great reduction.....although we knew of an impending rights issue, all those extra shares equal dilution for existing shareholders.....was the SP massaged lower for all this......I don't know the implications of all these arrangements laid out in the RNS.......anyone else?
