I'm LONG and I believe in an official agreement.
Yesterday I red of 200 fintech company in Italy in 2020. Syme is not the first one.
Every investment bank has a portfolio of fintech investment that have to lead them to the future.
So we pray for a financial institution interested :) we are not investing just praying with a look to probability.
My big concern...the point exposed above...but noone cares :)

Someone can help me to understand which is the reason Ceresio SIM exit at 0.68? I know AZ bought the shares but for what reason in the middle of august with a business plan which is taking off sold at 0.68? do they enter at 1 in march?

AZ knows the market need an agreement or in the near future he will own stocks just with institution.
16 employee for no revenue is a good structure.
It's very simple with this stock.
business model works > $$$
it doesn't work > fail

Just a thought..
when we talk about Syme project we are talking about something that is not concrete yet...we do not have revenue and financing and we have a mkt cap of about 150 Mln.
But in the stock price is not yet valued the potential of revenues that syme will generate and this is HUGE.
I think when news will arrive the stock price will climb in a way never seen before just because the stock price is discounting the risk of project default.
last week I look at a nasdaq stock Nano X (NNOX) a small israeli start up which has projected an innovative and economic X-ray machine..this is disruptive and the project enormous. Infact the stock climbed 60%.
but when stock double? when they announced the first agreement signed with a mexican distributor. (today the stock is fall 25% after a good rally +140%).
I think for Syme is the same and the effect should be more important when revenues will be accounted. morover Syme project has not all the visibility it deserves.

As a m/l term investor I don't care if stock will fall again this week. will raise the next one.
Agreements will arrive. and then at Milano Finanza week Syme will discover by the major Italian institutional investors and also retail private investor. and this will pump the stock. (Milano finanza is 1 of the major finance newspaper with sole24ore).
The italian market where almost all the small and medium firms has cash flow issue and inventories are getting higher at the moment is perfect for this company. Yes now in Italy banks will not financing you if u already have debts but they first close the debt and you will funded with the residual amount.
Syme project could be very attractive.

I appreciate lse chat cause of flash news, article sharing and client nr and figures forecast. But now talking of 1 billion revenue is completely nonsense and useless in my opinion.
I am glad talking with you about when it will worth 50 60p and we ll become all millionaire.. But come talk about next week and financing :)

This stock won't be next Amazon or Google. It's impossible. But at this early stage even if it will become a profitable medium company with a good ebitda stock will climb (X 5 x 10 could be possible) .
Its just my opinion and it's not an advise
