So you have no idea if and when the next fundraise will be but you are sure there will be one at some point maybe and there definitely wont be a re rate until it happens.. any more Pearl's to share? Unfortunately fundraisers are part and parcel of start ups. I'm not sure, but being listed on the main market has more restrictions than aim for example where some companies seem to do a fund raise every other day just for the sake of it.. fact is jr will not raise at a significant discount as he owns nearly a quarter of the company and his share gets diluted the same as everyone elses does. Its refreshing to be invested in a company where the director has alot of skin in the game!! And he is more motivated than anyone to see this succeed! Just my random musings aswell. gla

You try to make that sound like a bad thing flower.. isn't the idea to be in before the herd arrive? I think the otc listing can only be a good thing. We get more exposure to an American market that loves anything crypto related and they are issuing no extra shares so any interest in America is only a good thing for the sp, and I think with the free float being around 30% when this starts picking up interest and people start getting sticky hands both sides of the ocean the share price will start going along for the ride! Imo gla
