So there was presumably 173 investors ready to stump up £100 is that correct?

173 x £180 = £31,140 ?

Did the COPL investors pay £31k for the initial phase of their claim?

This is to cover the solicitors fee for sending some letters to Amit i.e. no litigation?

The solicitor also mentioned there may be an insurance policy linked to the claim, presumably so that he would get paid if the litigation was unsuccessful?

Is my understanding of that correct? If so, is that covered in the Phase 1 fee, or is this an additional fee at phase 2?

It may sound like peanuts to most, but for some, CTAG left a mighty deep hole, so even £100 is a big consideration.

I'm actually quite excited by the potential newsflow thats coming , CEO seems very confident the permit will be granted, and the LSE listing seems to be quite attractive when talking to potential partners. V happy with this, and the level of comms, wish some of the others im in would be so open!
