The 30th March rns detailed the requirements for resumption of trading. Basically the publication of results and implementation of the internal control review.
Based on 1st date being met, I'm a little more positive this will resume trading on HKEX.

And no dividend to be paid.

Good to see that the first date set in the last news will be met with regards to results approval. Divi would be a very nice but won't hold my breath.

Good to see some positive movements by the company to get ready for resumption of trading.

Extract from the latest RNS for Operational Update and use of Proceeds....

"Use of Proceeds
The Company is primarily intent in the near-term on expanding and executing its planned 2022 drilling operations in Morocco as issues relating to security and cost of gas supply are set to be critical factors during the Energy Transition influencing the ability to deliver affordable energy.
The strengthening of the Company's financial resources facilitates the exercise of an option to drill using the Star Valley Rig 101 within a definitive time window following all regulatory, environmental and partner approvals. A rig inspection will be carried out shortly by the Company. The option covers drilling up to three wells in 2022."

I read that as using Proceeds to execute planned drilling campaign of 3 wells. Am I reading that wrong. Happy to be corrected.

The potential VALUE detailed by multiple contributors on this board are just staggering and estimated from figures freely available in previous RNS. Thank you for the timely reminders.

We are however a little light on timescales/timelines for this potential VALUE realisation. I understand things will be progressing in the background that can’t be shared with us and news can be released at any time. So looking forward for the transformation RNS(s).

What is known from the latest RNS is that 3 wells will be done in 2022 (fully funded) and that 2D seismic reprocessing will be complete by May 2022 for MOU-NE.

CUBE talks about a different PRD by June this year. Not long to wait and still time to invest in what has been described as the best ROI in years.

Regards the placing. Would any of the potential partners suggested in the recent update RNS have been able to take part in the placing? Cheap and easy way to get some skin in the game.

The comms are quite clear with the statement direct from PG of "now set to pay dividends".

No discussed yet but does anyone think the suspension of the AIM admission process may be due to us nearing VALUE realisation and wouldn't have been required?

Get the feeling we'll have lots more news over the next few weeks with agreements or transactions being finalised.

And..... just imagine the estimates based on current and future gas prices rather than March 2021. Just astonishing.

Halifax is showing 45pence not £45 per share. Would still be a nice value to resume trading at, when that happens.

Could someone please repost the estimated VALUE of our Irish licence. I'm unable to find the original post but seem to remember a figure of 5.8 billion, which may be completely wrong. Thanks.
