Hi Sussex, with regards to pricing, this is from the release that went with the RNS this morning, which I read as market rate.
"Volumes will be driven by LCM's requirements for its expanded facilities, constrained by Phalaborwa's total productive capacity, and pricing will be as per published rare earth oxide prices at that point in time. Any surplus production from Phalaborwa not required for LCM's facilities will be sold on the open market to third parties."
Agreed Fulmar, and with more and more pressure to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we sit in what I see as a unique position to clean up these growing gypsum stacks AND produce the much needed REE. If all goes to plan with the front and back end pilots it's hard to see anything other than win/win
Sundrum, I have already expressed my thoughts on punter and really don't have any more to add other than I dont feel I'm in a minority.
Reacting and retaliating to his drivel on here will only place you in the same category. Batter him on the PRE forum by all means but take the moral high ground and please don't descend to his level. It is not a good look. You're smarter than that.
I will say no more on the subject, life is too short to waste it on numpties like punter. Good luck to anyone investing in rare earths regardless of the ticker. Cheers
China, I have been equally critical of both punter and lizard and their leading roles this stupid, pointless, farce of a feud. You are merely fanning the flames.
A 'few relevant facts' mentioned in your first paragraph would be an extremely welcome departure from the norm.
Surprisingly, your second paragraph immediately proceeds to make groundless accusations against the CEO of RBW of feeding and condoning the nonsense that punter spews forth.
As I've stated before the success of these two important ventures is not mutually exclusive. Personally, I am rooting for both to flourish. This continual tit for tat only serves to detract from the credibility of both businesses.
Please, for the love of God, knock this nonsense on the head.
Your'e missing nothing, just lizard and punter, the numpty twins, with their usual b0ll0cks and willy waving.
Lizard still taking a pop at South Africa even though Pensana have deemed it fit to mandate ABSA (south african based bank!) To find them 120m debt facility and Punter, well, just being punter. If brains were dynamite they couldn't part their hair.
I can only presume our resident numpty - Punter has been stirring things up with our noisy neighbours at PRE - Idiot!
Lizard, you are no better. I'm struggling to understand the vitriol you repeatedly level at South Africa given that Pensana have mandated ABSA to arrange a $120 m debt facility. Where exactly do you think ABSA's headquarters are located?
For God's sake, grow up the pair of you, it's embarrassing
Gave me a much needed laugh too Wolfie. We obviously need to join new gangs as clearly ours aren't very organised - 2 posts between us in the last 30 days! I think the bell of which you speak is fastened to a very tightly fitting tin foil hat. GLA
It's taken from the PEA from RBW website. The usual agenda-suiting selective cut and paste. The text "(very high)" in relation to thorium levels has been added by him obviously and is not part of the original report. High relative to what, I have no idea!
And please explain China why you haven't bothered to read the PEA before posting this latest jibe, totally devoid of fact. Fortunately, impressing you is not high up on RBWs to do list. Impressing organisations like Mosaic, a 13 billion mcap company is and so far that's going rather well.
I for one cannot understand these undignified squabbles with Pensana. If the rare earths market isn't big enough to successfully accommodate the two of us we are all in the crap. I hope PRE sought out their financing, the UK needs successful businesses in this sector and the 'pie' is big enough for us both to feast on. In the meantime plese try not to vent your frustrations on here.
China, jack sends his regards.
Google rainbow K-TECH and patents ! A small selection of results are below.

China, I think you will find the CIC-CIX process is owned and patented by K-tech. The plan, last I heard, was the resulting flow process from their collaboration work with RBW will be protected by a joint patent. Bugger all to do with USA RE or Texas Minerals. Do I hear mutterings of 'sour grapes' ?
