Gspc take some cash and shares for cambay and it's a win win for them.

It would make sense buying cambay. Gspc get to walk away. No need for arbitration which is a long process. Give them some shares in in oex and it's a win win for them.

Why don't they just release the news. Why wait?

The mcap,growth,profit or revenue of the acquisition is bigger than OEX. If it's generating then it's good, profit is even better, mcap and growth is pointless.

This could do another 100% tomorrow.

You usually see a sell off if it was going to be bad news. The buys suggest good news is coming. No large sells at end of day.

Could be the sale of bhut. The sale must be more than 3 million as that would be a substantial transaction. The mcap would of been 3million or so before announcement.
