Shareholders have lost everything here. Company silence tells us that. Ivan and Barry should be held accountable for definitely Imcompetent directors and therefore banned from being a director again. Maybe fraud if we find out more details shortly on what's happened

Shambles from them two absolute shambles. A director of our company doesn't know the MARKET rules??? There need to go now and hopefully a NOMAD will take us on.

Didn't give me any confidence that they will be trading post 17th may. He made a mistake by not 'knowing the rules' of AIM which is pathetic for a CEO of a listed company. Tried to blame shareholders because he was trying to arrange a EGM to be honest and open to shareholders and therefore that's the reason we are suspended. Our fault! Not his! Doesn't look good

The shares will be cancelled from AIM if delisted. Your right that if no administration the company will go private but shares will be useless. They only hope is that they relist on another market. The silence is deafening.

I think the silence from the Company is telling shareholders everything. I think shareholders have lost the lot here.

And update shareholders ASAP. Very poor from Ivan Couchman. Has anyone had the EGM circular and is it still going ahead?

Very true indeed. TW ramping this to high heaven a couple months back and made to look a total fool. Telling people to then sell at 0.06 when advising to buy at 0.16 and above in the first place. As soon as his sell Rec came out it shot up over 100%. There is far worse companies than inc a few months contract delays and a EGM circular is nothing. I think it's just that TW looked a right **** and now wants to have the last word like you said.

Read his summary, "Demands high and exacting financial and corporate governance standards ensuring the highest standards of financial reporting and control" Well he will have to take this down if he gets this company delisted, the useless t**t!

nothing big according to Cairn and therefore they couldn't understand why the company failed to inform them of the circular. They said it could of been a simple misunderstanding but they were resigning in a week or so anyway so just decided to go a week earlier as the relationship has broken down. I think must people felt that cairn had uncovered something dodgy when they resigned immediately but seems a bit dramatic over an EGM circular.

The website quite clearly states who the directors are! He didn't do much research did he if he couldn't find the directors bit on the website!

1. The Company can't appoint a NOMAD by the 17th May and the shares are cancelled on AIM. Probably will then either relist on an alternative exchange by Canada or buyers and sellers are marched up off market. Or 2. The company find a NOMAD by the 17th May and the shares will resume trading at probably 100% premium to 0.05. The positives for any investors here is that the NOMAD resigned immediately on Friday was for EGM circular to shareholders with the NOMAD not being involved which is hardly serious but is a breach of procedure. Secondly the NOMAD has no issue with contracts which INC are trying to complete which is positive. So either delist or 100% increase on resumption of trading.

After more digging Terry Ramsden owns the IPR of PPP that's the connection. After ringing cairn on Friday they said that it wasn't that they are too big for INC as Ivan said but found the relationship difficult with the Company. Can't believe we are doing financial deals with a fraudster. I guess that's why we don't have any contracts. My biggest concern is that we will be suspended as we fail to find a broker to take us on. Anyway after feeling miserable yesterday and today I found out someone I know has passed and brought me back to reality. Head up guys.
