If a conpany has substantially news which will effect the share price they have to announce it via an RNS.

Even though linkedin Lars is a terrible CEO and struggles with the concept of the truth, he does look great in a suit.

That will make all share holders feel better when the 0.15p raise is announced.

I just so surprised Cooley is allowing this fiasco to continue.
