I havent had any success in finding out about Commensus in that how are they a plc, where are their accounts and what is their liability? If they are a Plc then what market are they in? Their website is pretty basic imo and doesnt even show who the management are.
Thanks for the clear explanation. They seem really quick at turning these properties around. I can see it growing as it is the type of accommodation which is in demand. Thank you for your informative posts and all the best with your investment.
Hi unvrkw, do you know or could you explain briefly how the company are funding all of the acquisitions? I've skim read many of the RNS and don't quite grasp how the properties are funded. Thanks.
Great, all the best with your holding. I bought some recently.
Some share trading accounts use ISDX, therefore your trade may show on realtime trading / level 2 as an ISDX trade. Not that you probably specified that - I've noticed that those trades are sometimes at a premium to LSE prices, and also notice that a similar amount of shares will be traded a few minutes later under the other platform.
With one of the world's largest financial institutions. Great news. Confidence gaining.
The spread can really vary on this share and this makes it difficult to place a stop. They were sold for 5p lower than my stop so I feel robbed. I won't be buying these again, as it seems unpredictable at present.
My view is that if prices are limited, within reason, more people will have access to treatments, therefore I imagine it would enhance drug development. We don't slow down costly IT development because computer software is cheaper. We say 'everyone wants it now, what else could be developed'. The top 10 holdings here look pretty much oversold. The fundamentals are good i.e. PE ratios, eps growth and forecasts. I guess volatility is to be expected, but on the other hand biotech carries on regardless in a bearish market imo.
From a UK financial magazine: The fragile and unpleasantly unpredictable global economy makes investing look hard. But in truth, if you are investing for the long term, there is plenty out there in 2106. Well - that is longterm : )
Chart has been looking bullish. Perhaps this is it : )

Could anyone please explain what is so wrong with this share that it's so oversold and yet where do all the sellers come from? Is it from stop loss triggers and/or shorting and buying in lower? It seems like an organised defeating and undermining process. Also a lot of CHIX and BATS buying and selling. Perhaps the share price range lends itself to this - it reminds me of TCG when it was in this price range. I checked the short interest tracker and Worldquant are 0.70% shorting. Any ideas?
Looks positive, short and long term. Patience....
I don't think 'Helium' will be 'freezing over', in fact, they may add. I'm relieved as I held onto my shares through the trauma and am now looking forward to seeing some contracts and full year results over the coming months. GLA
400k @ 4pm. I'm looking forward to reading the operational review.
Between the lot of us, it appears the operational review has been completed. Off to my gardening now.
MR did say on 30 Jul media 'everything is on track' I find this misleading, and I consider the latest RN as a surprise which would inevitably lower the sp. Has all this been planned to get cheap shares? Looks that way to me, Having said the RN was a surprise, I myself am not overly surprised at the situation, as somehow trying to do business in US with all their restrictive policies e.g. in some states you can't collect / harvest rainwater and looming elections could be trying to work a miracle. Also, I think the PV-T uptake could have been foreseen, i.e. not to be relied on as a main product due to our govt policies and costs. Those have been my reservations. I do see that there is a steady revenue and profit to be gained from delivering a holistic consulting service, fulfilling contracts and developing and marketing money saving products. If that is 'on track' then keeping building on that....
So seller i.e. 'me' sells, broker buys and resells. So they have to buy. I thought you meant you knew they were buying for themselves and that you must be psychic. Wish I was ...
Just out of interest, how do you know that it's a broker who is buying?
