I would not be surprised if Blandford secures an even larger position at this low valuation. The man is a legend in the gaming sector. Estimated to be worth north of £1b. For him, £1m is chump change.

B90 just released a juicy RNS. Hefty reduction in debt by converting loan notes, and Mr.Mark Blandford taking an even bigger position in the company. For those of you who do not know who Mr. Blandford is, he is an entrepreneur, a pioneer, and a Legend in the gaming community. Google him... He is the Real Deal.

Your average certainly is much lower than mine. I´m in since 10p.. But I still feel confident This will turn into a very profitable investment. Yours will be nothing less than spectacular!

10p is certainly a significant resistance level. But medium term I think we will break through 10p. And long term I am super-bullish, so much so I am almost reluctant to share my predictions.. But given the trimming this company has gone through, it is now so lean and so focused on growth, and it has acquired such a talented group of people including Mr.Mark Blandford and Mr.Ronny Breivik, I think we will see the share price multiply several times during 2024/25.

Buy now. All-in, dump whatever stocks you´re holding, relocate funds or sell your car if you have to. Clear skies up to 10 gbx (close to zero resistance technically due to major shareholders having a dollar average around 10), plus major developments and announcements in the pipeline.

Yes, well done! We saw some votes we did not have on our list, I assume some of those were yours.
We won the fight this round, but more fights may come our way, we take nothing for granted.
And the war remains. Priority #1 now is cutting costs, raising capital, and focus on growth.
May sound easy, but it is not. Will be lots of headwinds. But it will be done.
Time to stop acting like a miniature version of Greece...

The potential of this company is significant, but there is a profound need for change in management.

Right now I fear the financial situation of B90 Plc is far worse than the current management has communicated to the market.

Thank you trufflehound! I voted FOR all 4 resolutions as well, and had my Proxy Ballot approved by Neville Registrars.

A tedious process IMO, not worthy of the 21st century... (Lots of things complicating the process such as shares held in Nominee Accounts etc, makes it a time consuming task to get the vote done and approved). It should be possible to get this done in a more rational way. Sadly the intricacies of the process gives the incumbent room for manipulating the outcome to some extent.

Will you be participating at the EGM? I will be there, maybe we can have a pint afterwords :)

Update: the company has now made the Proxy for EGM available for download (it was not available earlier, so they have backdated the Date).

If you would like to see this company turn around, please vote FOR all 4 resolutions. And make sure you send the Proxy Form to Neville Registrars before the deadline (it must be received by Neville Registrars at least 48 hours before the EGM, but no reason to wait until the last minute).
