Sellonnews, thanks for clarifying that. There was mentioned of proxy votes at the GM but I obviously didn't understand how it works. I will definitely do that next time. Thanks I said to someone there with all this online shares dealing no gets shares certificate anymore.

Yes we do but when you hold the shares through a broker and haven't got a share certificate is difficult. I did email fir a e certificate prior to going to the GM and they said they don't issue such thing??? I mentioned that to the lady at the GM and she said she heard that all the time.

I asked because the RNS said they will be sending circulars to registered shareholders regarding the consolidation vote. Also will the shares for the funding added before or after the consolidation? Sorry to bombard you with all these questions but I read the RNS but wasn't too sure. Also it said 10 million shares which doesn't sounds a lot for the money they are giving the company. You can reply in the morning if you want cos I know it's late for these kinda questions. Thanks

Are you a registered shareholder and get the emails about voting etc? Am not cos when I went to the GM I wasn't able to vote as the lady said my name wasn't on the list of reg S/H.

In relation to the consolidation, how many shares we will for 100,000 and if the SP is at 1p on consolidation day what will the convert to? I just can't seems to get my head around it. Thanks in advance

I will be only topping up with the refund from the excess shares refund to get a few more shares as I haven't got a lot. I would like to build a nice holding funds permitted.
