One of friends last night have been to Devon and where you live before so probably come down there with her on a nice sunny day. I went on a boat ride in Spain and it was so bumpy as the sea was a bit rough I literally felt sick afterwards. I will have to pick the right time to go in one of those next time. I hope you get a nice boat when you are ready to buy. Am at a athletics competition in Kent at the moment where my daughter is competing. I need the sun to stay out as it's a bit nippy when the sun goes in.

To derisk at some point in my opinion as we can get carried away in the moment and they later regret and ended Saying, I should've, could've!! If you see what I mean. Yes definitely keep an eye and assess as we go along. I have seen it so many times when people ( including me) are in very good profit and don't sell then the SP start to drift down then they regret not selling. I must say it's difficult to call as we always believed or hoping it will go higher which in some cases it does but in more cases it doesn't It's call greed and we are all guilty of it me included. On the flip side if one is long term investors and hoping to hold until the bitter end one just sit back and relax and enjoy the ride.

Well 5 bag is half of what we were promised so it get there anytime I would be well happy as well. You could retire at 50 or before and just trade the stock market for a living. It unreal to think that this share has got the potential to change a lot of lives and set some up for good.

Yeah it difficult to know where and when to get off the train, so to speak. I will definitely derisk at some point and leave the rest to run for a long time. I believe it's good to derisk, take some money of the table and if the price retrace you can always buy back in cheaper and get more shares in the process.

That's a good start in the property business, you can't go wrong with property as people are always looking for somewhere to live. 4 holidays a year, that's something I would love to do.
