Given the intended move to private entity status i am wondering how practical it prove to crystalize losses incurred here for set-off against gains elsewhere...the timeline to exit as a privately held entity being unknown with the resultant long-term lock in of losses for capital gains set-off purposes being far from an ideal scenario for private investors in what is effectively a failed entity...

The client must believe that Qudarise have what could prove to be a viable solution in continuing to remain supportive amidst all these delays / unforeseen issues...

Clivealive, agree that the Board & Management Team need to be incentivised in order to drive results for the shareholders but it would be useful to understand what trigger mechanisms exist in respect of these Options over 12/24/36 months, or are they simply timebound options, given there are no performance conditions and this will ultimately dilute to existing shareholders position in favour of a Board which, albeit containing capable individuals with proven pedigree, in its current form has yet to produce results for the shareholders of this entity

Quite a lot of shares options issued to some directors unproven within this entity without any underpinning performance delivery criteria when the share price remains close to it's lowest point for quite some time...

Lot time holder and lurker on this site...have buying small additional tranches along the slide...although the recent slide in SP is somewhat depressing, the underlying fundamentals as to why any of us are invested in this company have not changed as a result of liquditiy issues within the Woodford Funds...hold fast and await the next news release...the market is only too happy to create unease and gobble up offloads from those who panic...

Bought in again sub £23.50...timing useful pre ex dividend date date...we may be approaching top of bull cycle but I believe there’s a little gas left in the tank yet
