Hi MarcoOiler.
Thanks for the reply.
re your last question... you will note that i have not said who i believe it to be, and have previously said that i don't think it is a good idea to name names in case it adversely affects proceedings. Not withstanding that the target may not be at all happy if they have not completed everything they need to before being named.
Besides, IF i did know, and i confirmed a name, how long do you think it would be before someone came knocking on my door?
Neil
MarcoOiler,
Sorry for the late reply i have been out of the office all day.
I did say that i was of the opinion that it would have been sorted out by now, and gave 2nd Nov, as a date that allowed the weekend to get something sorted so something could be notified.
Obviously the 2nd has passed (by one day) but yes, i am more than disappointed that nothing has been advised yet, as i was led to believe that something would be released last week. I am still confident that it will be done and dusted, but i will not now give any dates as it's just not fair either to the rest of the board that see dates pass, nor to me when i try to pass on any information i have, but then it is not followed through. It is even more frustrating that the BOD are not following up with their stated objectives of "keeping shareholders fully informed"
I will be making my opinion on that clear to them.
If anyone feels aggrieved that i gave a date and the BOD failed to execute the process by that date, then i can only apologise, and say that i am only acting in good faith and trying to give you something to hang on to.

I have openly said i don't "know" any more than anyone else, but i do hear and see very well, and will pass on anything that i think may help.
Perhaps you can contribute something?
It's easy to sit on the sidelines and critisise when you don't have anything to give yourself.
I am awaiting a call this evening.

No it's actually a term miners used when using the toilet underground.
It comes from placing a chain in front of the toilet carriage to stop it moving. Hence the term don't yank my chain.

The problem was that he clogged the board up with meaningless drivel. So much so that genuinely good posts got drowned out. It's okay saying there is a filter button, but because of all the silly" i got your back" crap replies, we would have to filter half of the members to get to any serious discussion.
Also his ridiculous ramping .... going blue, big blue day today, etc etc ( all incorrect by the way) any newbies that took notice of the hype, would find themselves quite badly down. Add to that his delusions of being in touch with the BBC, SKY NEWS... come on. He was someone that craved the attention.

I disagree. By posting and showing that they are not here to day trade, i think it would be beneficial to other nervous investors or newcomers to see there are some large holders here. that are not going to be swayed by derampers no matter what they come up with. Hopefully, it will give a bit of a comfort to those holders, and p1$$ off the deraming squad as they know there is no point in targetting us.

HaHA
It's what is known as a sense of humour. You should probably look that up too.
For what it's worth, i didn't need to take anything from your comments upbeat, or downbeat, or from anyone else.
I made my decisions based on what i read up on, from whatever resources i could find including here, and acted accordingly.

With the greatest respect, this deal is far more complicated than a house purchase. Not only the BOD of Bould, but the BOD of the target co. too. They will have their DD to consider. Who is to say that we have all our paperwork in order, but waiting on other side?
Add in the mix CQC, regulatory bodies etc, this is not something done by 2 people just signing a piece of paper.
I am sure it will all be resolved soon ( i know....how soon?)
Neil
Hi MarkoOiler,
From memory, i think that the replies other had mentioned 2-3 weeks to hopefully be able to give any definitive news. So if we take 3 weeks, that would be about 1st week October (ish)
The fact that accounts show a figure for ongoing transaction is a definite positive.

I don't agree ns20
Where is the risk? Even if RR goes **** up, the funding is secured by the inventory. That kind of inventory will always have a sell on value.
There is no chance of RR going under given they are in the nuclear and defence sector
RR is exactly the type of company Alessandro is targeting in my opinion.
He hasn't engaged institutional investors to fund a corner shop.
Neil
True, but given that we are so far down the line, at the point of directors being unable to attend the target site to complete due diligence, and sitting in a room with their counterparts signing contracts etc, it would make it somewhat difficult.
Neil
Hi MarcoOiler
I suppose this depend on how you look at things.
I said i was expecting things to be sorted probably by end September. My reasoniong being that they would take the opportunity to submit the accounts and an update at the same time.
An update was included, but not as informative as i would have hoped. Looking on the bright side, it does at least confirm that things are progressing to completion, and not that there was any breakdown, so i suppose that can be seen as positive. Just not as positive as we would have liked.
