I just read the RNS and see they need 450 million and this is worth 10 million and they aren't sure they can raise.

The market doesn't like it at all and it's now below 3p

I'd not be surprised after those 2 contracts announcements yesterday

They should have released 1 7am and other at 12pm.. it would have seen 5p I imagine.. especially if the 7 figure with PWC was announced 2nd
