You may have an issue declaring the TR1 after so long but I'm sure you have been advised on the implications of a late TR1 plus maybe being in suspension changes the TR1 declaration rules.
I'm sure your adviser has explained all.

So basically when this is crashing he sells and then says it will hit 2p or 1p because of me.

Then when it spikes back to where it started at close Friday he miraculously didn't sell and actually he bought more.. even though he was predicting 2p before the spike.

Yeah, I meant the 3 weeks of rises statement at the end of your comment when I was referring to a complete opinion change!!!

Anyone who sells will find it difficult to get back in as MM will jump the price with each share movement much higher, so 4.26 jumps to 4.75 then 5.67 and onwards, trying to trade this when it suddenly shoots up you will risk not getting back in. 3 weeks of rises, less Shares MMs mark price upwards.

Is my understanding Pumpky, otherwise there would be TR1s for every company on a regular basis surly if the rules were so strict.

I always understood only once the 3% threshold was hit or DIRECTOR buys/sells never mind how small had to be declared.
