Hi all,

Like many others, I hold Imara Gold (IGLD) shares via Halifax Share Dealing. I haven't received any direct communication from Halifax or the company about the delisting (effective late March), what happens to the shares now, or the refinancing/re-listing plans.

Has anyone with Halifax (or Lloyds) had their shares moved from ISA to a general account?

Any update from the company (Stefan Muller or info@imaragoldplc.com) on timelines for new directors, re-listing, or refinancing?

What's the current view on liquidity / value for private investors?

Companies House only shows the Grant-Rennick termination so far (April filing), with accounts overdue. Any recent news or experiences appreciated — especially from other small private holders.

Cash build: Cash increased by $260 million to $1.208 billion (debt-free)

YTD FY26: 249,887 oz gold + 11,022 t copper (on track for upper end of 260-310koz guidance)

AISC: Still being finalised but expected to trend toward the lower end of guidance

Telfer performing strongly and Havieron development continuing

Tungsten bonus at O’Callaghans adding significant value

The company continues to generate excellent cash flow while advancing its long-life gold-copper assets in a strong gold price environment.

You said you were somewhat skeptical about the new appointees. Does that mean you didn’t bother doing any proper research on Shaun Day and his previous track record, and just got swept up listening to the naysayers?

Yes, but...

Shaun made it pretty clear at the Town Hall that he’s not interested in Antipa.

A lot of GGP shareholders who also hold Antipa have been banging on for ages about Greatland buying it and running it through Telfer. From what I gathered tonight, that idea looks dead in the water.

I don’t hold any Antipa myself, so me posting this will surely make me unpopular with some of you. It’s a good job I’m not here to make friends.

Greatland already has a strong multi-year growth story at Telfer + Havieron without needing to complicate things.

I’m just calling it as I heard it. Plenty of upside in GGP on its own.

Shaun was one step ahead on the night parrots issue and confirmed they are already carrying out a survey.

On the trucking side, switching to daytime operations (as recommended by the EPA) doesn’t make a huge difference overall. You still need the same 10 drivers, but instead of 6 trucks we’ll now need 10.

Havieron itself will continue running 24/7, with servicing done at night.

Amazing venue at 1 Birdcage Walk – Ticker really pulled out all the stops. Shaun was on top form and the whole event had a great buzz.

I won’t go into too much detail as I’m sure Dip will do a thorough breakdown soon with all the slides and numbers.

From what I gathered, everyone can probably shut up about Antipa now – he’s not interested.

On O’Callaghans, there was clear interest from parties and he’d be happy for Wyloo to work alongside, but it doesn’t sound like something Greatland is planning to lead themselves.

Regarding shareholders, it sounded like it could be cash settlement or shares (to be confirmed).

I may add more later if I remember anything else.

My personal take: multi-baggers still to come.
