Considering if I should double down or not at current SP and had the same thoughts as you. They did well to get EMI and 5AMLD but don’t seem to know where to go now. The potential of a buyout is what’s making me consider adding but not sure MODE have enough going on to make it worthwhile for one of the bigger institutions.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know the “value” that can be assigned to having EMI license and being 5AMLD certified?

In some ways they are the few concrete progression steps made in the last year.

Ryan Moore with an investor update on twitter. Nothing particularly substantial in it. Recaps the last year and talks about potential opportunities. Does provide some clarity on the affiliate program and the PR mess last month.

FDA feedback I believe?

I used it this week to make a purchase on myprotein.

While it worked, it was buggy. At the end it said transaction failed even through it had gone through and now the app is refusing to show any transactions at all, only saying "Failed to load, Retry". Disappointing for it to be so buggy since it's been live for a while now. Would suggest it's either not being used much or not being maintained properly. Not something I would be willing to try again for a while.

Similarly irritated that I'm stuck with BTC on mode that is no longer earning interest when it could be elsewhere.

Nice to see Keytruda sales continuing to increase for Merck, $4.5b for Q3, up 20% on Q3 2020.
Even a tiny slice of that pie would be huge for 4D

Also mentioned that conversations are on-going for a Blautix partnership but waiting for FDA feedback before planning a phase 3 trial

I might be wrong but 4d hasn't announced results since the Blautix results last October. Thats 12 months without new results. While theres been a lot of updates and positive news, without study results the SP will continue to bounce around. Particularly when it comes to institutions buying in.

Biotech is a binary game when it comes to investing, study results move the share price permanently, positive it goes up, negative it goes down. Everything else will cause ripples.

I've bought in slowly to average down and am confident in the investment, 4D have too many products in the pipeline for it to be a complete failure.

I think without some form of share buyback/consolidation, the SP will always be held back a degree.

Has there been any talk about vaccine approval applications or EUA applications?

While I agree the app is pretty disappointing atm, it's basically just a poor btc wallet.
I have the iOS version and have no use for it anymore.

However if what they are trying to do takes hold and becomes successful it could be huge. Having said that it's a long way off from being there yet and personally I hope a buyout from a big fintech/banking organisation in the next 12 months is what happens. If not, it might be a long wait for this investment to mature.

Most people currently using Mode have quite low BTC holdings so they would lose more by moving than someone would make back in interest elsewhere.

I think it's just badly worded.

"The FDA to agree" means they will reach their conclusion on the trial and send that that conclusion.

Getting harder to keep my shares now.
