Because Card Factory is a pretty much dead brick and mortar focused card store, I have never really understood the strength or offering of Card Factory. While Moon Pig has clear long term ecommerce focus where they have consolidated there position in this market. The people who buy from CARD primarily know them for their physical stores and very few buy online I feel - may be wrong though.

I wouldn't say 'involved', rather him just be a bull on the sidelines - don't need to involve his drama in this one. Board clear focused and on the way to unlocking shareholder value.

Yes but you equally essentially look at it like a merger, yes you are issuing more shares and increasing the overall market-cap, but you are getting the whole tastytrade brand and revenues for doing that. Paying some cash also mitigates this effect.

They have about 1 million in cash and are now worth over 7 million. Do you genuinely believe they will find a renewable focused asset for an 80%+ discount in this market? This is a bubble lol, just trade it.

Thoughts? I feel the article is quite limited in its discussion of the regulatory scene with no real mention of previous regulatory crunches.

I have a feeling that it costs more than 2.5mln and that is where the problem lies. particularly with our BOD's reputation of over-promising and underdelivering, I feel it would be difficult for the BOD to prove that they can reach production with the set amount. Much cash has already been pumped into the project - of which no shareholder is really aware of where it went.

I think EMAN is a screaming buy after this vaccine, yes still a long way to go but 60% down from pre-covid levels. remember EMAN is a versatile cinema chain with a unique offering and lower fixed costs. They were performing extremely well before the pandemic, unlike its counterparts.

Sergey the problem with all of your calculations is that Petra is not worth its debt load. The reason they couldn't get a full debt for equity swap is because lenders don't see full value in the equity. That is the only reason equity holders have been left with a stake in the company here, lenders have essentially given Petra some more time but the company has been losing money for years.

Terms more favourable than I believed they would be, but it's clear the board didn't get the complete debt wipeout they wanted which would've completely wiped out equity. Debt pile still too large, very small chance of actually being able to pay that down.
