Think Warrants price at 150% premium to "Issue Price" has been overlooked by the market completely. Even I did not pay attention to the details as too much info was crammed in 18 Apr RNS. My interpretation: Higher the "Issue Price" (market price), then higher the "Warrants" price (150% of Issue Price). Generally, market price would exceed the warrants price during the exercise period for them to be attractive enough to be exercised, OR they expire. Hence I would expect share price to move higher in coming days / weeks between 0.50 and 1.00 pence before Equity & Bond fund raise is concluded around mid-May. imho, dyor
