I believe when them warrants we’re issued the company was in a very different place (was IP even at the company?) We have transformed alot since then and news of first payments from Phoenix and hopefully additional contracts aren’t far away?!

Wrong about the price... from the RNS “The 163,027,158 new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.”

The Company has today granted warrants to the Lenders over 33,350,318 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 1.57 pence per Ordinary Share exercisable within three years from the date of grant. Under the Amended Loan Agreement, a commitment fee of US$136,000 is payable by the Company to the Lenders through the issue of 8,349,546 Ordinary Shares in the Company to the Lenders at an issue price of 1.2542 pence per share. Application will be made for the admission to AIM of these new ordinary shares and trading is expected to start on 9 October 2018.

Exercise of warrants In addition, on 4 March 2019, the Company received a notice of exercise from Altair in respect of warrants over 105,263,158 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.975 pence per share and further notices of exercise from each of Altair and Ecofinance in respect of warrants over 50,000,000 Ordinary Shares and 7,764,000 Ordinary Shares respectively at a price of 0.75 pence per share. The aggregate gross proceeds of these exercises amount to £1,459,546. These warrants were issued in 2017 and 2018 and represent the full exercise of the warrants issued to both Altair and Ecofinance.

Next round of buying has started and that huge overhang of selling has now finished as per the RNS. I truest believe the “rinse and repeat l” is done!!!

L2 is saying the next real resistance is 1.38p. We will be heading there if the buying continues?!

Was the reason we kept having a sell off after every rise. That problem has gone now. Let’s see how well we hold the sides now :)

Large seller has finally cleared. This should mean that we are free to move higher. You normally find that once a sellers cleared, things move northward imo

Could it be a back test of the resistant line we broke through. Very common and a bullish sign as it held and shows its now acting as support Jav
