Even after the amount of sells this morning, they're still willing to take all my shares above the Bid price. thats one large order imo. Whats the dummy buy price?

If that was a sell it would of had a big effect on the SP this morning. The time and price on the trade all points to a BUY IMO

You would like to think so but you never know with this company?! I glad I took the hit and got out at 5.5p.... I’ll invest again once they’ve sorted funding and upgraded the plant. GLA

The Company will grant warrants to the Lenders over Ordinary Shares valued at US$680,000 at an exercise price of 125% of the average of (a) the daily Volume Weighted Average Prices ("VWAPs") for each of the five trading days preceding the drawdown of the initial instalment of the Loan Facility and (b) the daily Volume Weighted Average Prices for each of the five trading days subsequent to the drawdown of the initial instalment of the Loan Facility. The Company can elect to redeem at any time the outstanding amount of an advance at a price equal to 105% of the principal amount together with all accrued and unpaid interest, subject to giving the Lenders four business days' notice.

I’m not an expert on warrants but if they are at 125% of VWAP, then surely it means they can’t flip them as easy for a quick profit? It also says to me that they know the SP most be undervalued and is going to increase..... but what do I know??

Great post Wololol! All this talk that EQT can’t go to 8p+.... I’ve been in MARL, SOLG and BZM when they all increased 10x plus. It’s all about sentiment and timing. The time is now for EQT, as they have sorted the BOD and funding out and are about to close out on their first few contracts. Ian Price has been a man of his word so far and if he can land these 50-100 deals.... then the SP will reflect that. GLA P.S a lot of share on AIM go up when you least expect them. It doesn’t always take an RNS. It could be the fact that the word has spread from previous announcements.
