George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
I assuming this question was meant to say
Who cares about the accounts
Apart from the fact they will have a 12 month forward looking going concern statement
A forward statement from BOD
Will be assessed not just due to 31st of December, but to the date of the report due to the subsequent events procedures involved in all stat audits
Will have independent analysis through going concern of the order book and any contracts signed or close to signing
Will have first view of profitability of TF
Will show running cash burn which will have increased due to increased headcount
Are probably the most important document you as an investor can have
Yep, can't see any reason why anyone should bother reading them.

That's wrong
The partial conversion was for the remaining January consideration
The further full conversion is for February consideration
March consideration is due from this Friday
With no news on revenue, it is prudent to assume that March will be converted also, as the company would have had to sign IM contracts with a customer, with a net profit of £675k and be paid this week. That has not happened as there would have been multiple news streams and RNS re funders/customers etc etc.
@333888
"you can lead a horse to water but you cant force it to drink it"
I'm in the bear camp, but i'm always willing to listen. So given the fact of your statement above, can you lead me to water with your learned analysis of where you see this going, you know, using mcaps, revenues, ratios involved?
Thanks in advance, sure all interested both bullish and bearish will benefits from your analysis and not just rampy statements.
There is NO manipulation!!
None, zero!
It is down because of lack of news and CLS funding, like people warned people when the first Negma agreement was introduced. But, instead of listening and taking on board what people with experience in financial instruments and investments had to say, it was much easier to insult them and bombard with messages about their personal integrity and reason for posting.
Turns out, those who warned were actually trying to help, who'd of thought it.
Eight remain (not including the partial to come from Feb balance)
Loan was for 12 months and repayment through shares started November. However, with current estimated cash burn, further funding will be required to run operationally if you see no large IM within next two months.
Whether your bearish or bullish, you should always hold a diverse portfolio, weighted against your appetite for risk reward.
No one knows the future, you could hold 10 stocks that all crash, or rise exponentially. But holding only one is a very risky strategy, and one that can be extremely painful should that said stock not perform as you expect.

that's how trademe+ has been set up
Alarm bells ringing so loud over this particular 'find'
Company details, interesting links! Very interesting. Incorporated Nov 2021.
Who knew musicians had so many friends, it's just a pity these friends can't spell, anyone know what "intenory manitization" is?
What is with all these serviced office companies. This is a downright dirty play!

@Strangemartian
That's not how they work, I had this argument when Negma come onto the scene, won't bore the board with it again. But the CLN provider could not care less if the business succeeds or fails due to the event of default terms in the agreement.
A CLN is your enemy, your hero is revenue and paying it off with cash. Its that simple.
"CLN is proof of business community’s confidence"
That line above is at best idiotic and worst disingenuous, not sure which one the OP falls into.
A CLN is the sub prime debt facility of the business world, they want to play with the share price in order to maximise profits, they want the customer to fail on cash repayments so they can benefit from enhanced share dilution and low VWAP forward selling conversions. Anyone trying to convince people otherwise should not have the ability to look in a mirror!
@StevieRay
Yes, there is a need to ask for justification!
Some people (Not everyone before the hate starts) on these boards are naïve, are looking for get quick rich schemes and a way out of their current lifestyle, and people who spout absolute crud like £1 or £2 on a company with soon to be £37bn shares in issue, that's revenue is a finder fee percentage of inventory turnover, are wrong and dangerous posters.
This will never ever get to £1 or £2 (ignoring consolidation), and if you want to put up ludicrous comments like poundage, at least have the balls to back up that figure, because when you work out how many trillion inventory needs to be done to achieve it, you can see how absolutely unrealistic it is.
"Well Meta aka Facebook has a market cap of $18 billion and it's complete crap so why shouldn't Syme (another tech company) do just as well?"
And people say stock market bears are dangerous......
@defenderUK
I've just reverse engineered what you've said. From £1 to £2 they are incredibly astronomical numbers of inventory.
Not disputing your claims, but could you put up your numbers to justify that guess, especially as you say they are not unrealistic numbers.
Some of you are starting to go down the right avenues now!
A little off topic, but, everyone likes a story
I used to know someone, we had a shared interest outside of our careers, we also had a third friend.
I lost contact with the first friend in the group.
Luckily the second friend was about to reacquaint us, and it only cost me a beer for him to do so.
The three of us ended up having a lovely meal together.
Anyhow, where was I?
Oh yeah, what business have Parvizal done since...
Just been through the financials and took a good look at the new management team, this is a very interesting recovery play. An industry hit by covid manufacturing demand issues, improving results, and with reported end to pandemic , this is well primed to see a sustained and steady increase in the SP.
I'm going to put in some punt money, and the wife will be getting some new cookware soon also!
I have a gretsch acoustic, lovely sound. But I find them cumbersome and difficult to play. My current go to is an ivory Gibson SG standard gold top, nice and chunky sound. I'm bad though, very bad, the most technical song I can play is Metallica nothing else matters, but my fingers feel like they are breaking doing that one.
Much prefer the stairway to heaven riff, kind of like Wayne's world.
Anyhow, my guitar playing bad, my singing worse, I have one tone and one tone only, and that tone is bad. My dogs would rip me apart if I tried to serenade them.
With that, I bid you farewell, the football is calling. Let's hope the Wolves bite the devil's right through the backside.
