What do you mean "without proving accusations"? What's not clear in the presentation?

Why doesn't the board release the entire video as they feel the video clips are taken out of the context?

The website previously said "over 500 patents and pending patents". So they sold about 150 patents (30% of 500). It's misleading/misrepresenting to say "a number of" patents have been sold.

Policy coverage and wording will vary between insurers but generally speaking most Director & Officer insurance poloicies will cover negligent misrepresentation but not fraudulent misrepresentation.

D&O insurance protects directors and officers from poor business decisions, but most policies do not protect them from wrongful acts and gross misconduct…. for loss relating to fraudulent or criminal conduct…
