Dods Group PLC is pleased to announce it has subscribed for 40% of the issued share capital of Sans Frontieres Associates for a nominal sum and lent it £700,000 to provide initial working capital, the other founder shareholders making similar loans.
Sans Frontières Associates is an international consulting services and communications-led solutions company based in London which began trading on 09 January 2017. The company founder, Jonathan Lehrle, has more than 18 years of experience in political, geopolitical and crisis communications, most recently serving as Partner at Bell Pottinger. Sans Frontières operates globally on issues, campaigns or projects and deals with stakeholders across a wide spectrum of external interests and influences which affect the operations of a client, government or company.
