Its ok, I've figured this out. it shows as 0 as they hold them within MGT Capital.

ofcourse they will vote to delist...but they have only 53.95% of the company which leaves 21% still to vote in order to achieve delist. My Question was why is Robert Ladd's and Tim Paterson Browns shares showing as 0 under TDWaterhouse yet they hold 21.7% and 5.10% each respectively.

looking at it this way. shares in issue = 155,524,904 MGT = 83,910,000 (53.95%) Al Rajhi Holdings = 8,815,785 (5.67%) RBS Coutts Bank, Zurich = 4,770,509 (3.07%) Robert Ladd's and Tim-Paterson Browns Shares are showing as 0 yet they have 21.7% and 5.10% - how comes they are showing as 0%? Are they held within MGT Capital? if thats right then the de-listing could be averted.

should have stayed in here Dumbty....had a bigger rise than SAR today!! :P I'd expect mdst to steadily rise a little back to 2-3.5p and then we're screwed. hoping to sell out at 3.5p but who knows!

Cooperman...what makes you think their will be a takeover? Face it, surely they will get the 75% vote for de-listing and run into the hills with whats left of our money. Who would want to take over the company and why?

No point me selling out. I'm left with £30!! Ridiculous. they were up 50% earlier. its downright rude what mdst has done to us all.

Just voted against for delisting via TDWaterhouse online. Its really easy to do. Fingers crossed. If they do delist whats price do you predict they will buy the shares off us then?! Current market price?

Just looked at my TDWaterhouse and I've subscribed to the voting and information mailbox that should enable me to vote online. Notifications are sent via email. once its set up i should be able to vote in 2 days time. I only have 4000 shares though. although its not insignificant. i will still be voting.

Hi guys. a tick has just appeared next to my mdst stock in my portfolio under the corp action tab. I click on the tick and it takes me to another page that shows the de-listing event but I can't do anything else. is it too early yet? I presume I can vote on the day of voting?

My average is 11p!! No point selling....can pretty much say I've lost it unless some form of miracle happens. :(

Just been reading up on this. "de-listing from AIM must now be made conditional on the approval of 75 per cent of votes cast in person or by proxy in general meeting. For this purpose, the company must send a circular to its shareholders convening the EGM, setting out the reasons why the company wishes to de-list the shares, and providing certain other information about the consequences for shareholders of the de-listing. " anybody have any further information regarding this? We are actually only 51% down now.
