Spot on bricks, cast your minds back to just before the fiasco of last year's announcement and there was a real sense of excitement around the numbers to be released. Barring the area that has had to be excluded (possibly only temporarily) those numbers won't have changed. After delisting and disentanglement from the ASX rules I'm sure the figures will be released quickly and I fully expect a massive rerate from current levels. PDYOR.

I have to admit I'm watching the current pullback with some amusement, it's as if the market has just heard some shocking facts that they had no way of knowing. To my mind the rns about the letter to the ASX was just a statement of fact about the current situation. In fact I actually found it quite optimistic because management went out of their way to stress that funding was pretty much secure as long as we get a PPA agreement and we know the company's preferred route to that end is via a positive response to the RFP. So I didn't consider this bad news, the shareprice reaction was predictable amongst lemming shareholders frightened of their own shadows and unable to hold for longer than a week. I'm very bullish TLOU now more so than in the last six months, make of that what you will...

If you read the rns it tells you by what date they will be delisted.

Hi all, I haven't followed this thread but I have heard about the action group. Can I enquire what are it's aims? I am a holder and am curious...

with regards the BFS I believe we will have news of the 2 deep Beutong drill holes before the BFS is published. Just my instinct going on podcasts, interviews and rns's. There's much to look forward to with these assays. Does the Copper go even deeper 800m -1000m? Does the resource go further laterally? Do BEP and BWP join up? Do grades increase as the drill goes further down? That appeared to be the case from the last assay... These cores were sent off to the lab in 200m sections I believe but will only be published as the hole is completed but that must be any day now. Then we should have some answers to these questions.

I completely agree Daisan, we know for a fact that the whole ksk area (for which we have a 30 year production licence plus two ten year possible extentions) has near surface copper and polymetallic deposits all over it. Steve is struggling to find somewhere for the BKM waste pit! However what investors and potential investors should be asking themselves is what are the chances that NONE of those deep magnetic anomalies are large porphyries? Given what's on the surface I think it's a very small chance that we don't have at least one very large porphyry across the whole of the ksk.

Daisan, They only started with BKM because it was the easiest area to access and build infrastructure around. Other areas will be tastier. Most people (I believe) still don't realise the true scale of what we have...

These fools rely on people commenting on every misguided, disengenuous or outright bull**** post they write. Take away their lifeblood and use the filter button it's a quick and painless kill. Makes the board so much easier to read and gives you peace rather than getting antagonised over the uneducated drivel they spout. Today I added 'Banter' to my list. I've increased my holding to 3.4 Million over the last couple of weeks and will continue to add taking advantage of the impatient. Later this month we'll breakout and go significantly higher IMHO :)

DT I doubt anyone could have bought in large volume today. Large buys it will take the mm's a few days to get enough stock to fill those orders..

Same Mindanao. No worries at all. The Beutong licence is out of their hands and at the whim of the bureaucracy that is Indonesia BUT as far as this company and BKM and the world class management and the whole of the ksk (for which we have a 6th generation (untouchable) licence for) it's all good :)

They won't be doing the major fund raising for mine build till after BFS and at a much higher price! The PEA figure was $164 M of which maybe a third will be equity

Exactly right Mike, first hint of that licence rns and this is gonna get marked up and then there'll be a scramble to get shares with punters having to chase the price
