MobilityOne guaranteed that OneShop Retail Sdn Bhd will achieve $125 million in annual revenue for 2026 or another mutually agreed period.

MobilityOne will carve out part of its electronic voucher business into OneShop. Super Apps will cause TETE to issue shares valued at RM20.0 million to MobilityOne upon achieving the revenue target. If the target is not met, MobilityOne will not receive the TETE shares.

The consideration payments remain subject to completion of the merger, which requires SEC approval. The proxy filing has been submitted in draft form and remains subject to regulatory approval.

Market indeed seems a bit sceptical. Though some reasonably big holdings rns'd few months back ...
