Resolution 8 proposes that the directors be authorised to allot up to 100,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 GBP

par value each in the capital of the Company for the purposes of a fundraise.

The Company expects to publish a simplified prospectus during Q4 2025. The prospectus is being published for

the purposes of the proposed fundraise. The fundraising is expected to take place following the publication of the

prospectus and is likely to take place in tranches. The Company is aiming to seek out an acquisition target and

intends to use the proceeds of such fundraise to pursue an acquisition.

On that basis, the directors intend to raise approximately £1,000,000 at a fundraise price to be determined by the

directors at the time of the proposed fundraise, which will likely be determined based on the Company’s share price

at the time and investor appetite.

Well if thats true and we see an RNS showing he is the one selling that wouldn't instil much confidence here would it ? I noticed he does call himself a stockmarket 'trader' so who knows ?

The trades on Friday are certainly interesting. Like the 1,575,000 at 10:29am - certainly looks like a sell. And who held that many ?

Who is 'we' ? And did you report the matter ?

Irrespective of GCG potential (or non-potential) - it's easy to spot the P&D these days. Large buy trade goes through on an illiquid stock (like GCG), soaking up the free-float. A flurry of smaller buys goes through at increasing prices. The quiet message boards are suddenly filled with 'new' posters claiming something is happening. Existing (more cautious) contributors are labelled trolls etc. Share becomes one of the top risers and new investors try to get in quick on the action, influenced by the share price and one-liners from multiple IDs.

But seems its all backfired a bit here !
