I agree with the view that Moulding is looking to take this private. He appeared to accept the City’s wish to destroy him about 18 months ago and since then has stood back and watched the sp reach this level. He has shown so little in the way of any attempt to improve the share price that I can only see one outcome, a low level move to take private by him and his inner circle. He will, of course, paint himself as the injured party and the saviour of THG. Good luck to all LTHs and I hope you have averaged down.

Did you intend converting all your THG plc shares to Ingenuity?

With HL we had to state the number of THG shares we wished to convert. I opted for 25% of my holding and these now show as The Hut.com Limited and they are not tradeable. My original shares were not in any tax wrapper.

The ultimate slap in the face for Moulding would be for shorts to close with ease at near to all-time low.

Shares should have been suspended until the demerger is complete but the crashing share price is very convenient for those people who are manoeuvring in or out of the two companies or building/increasing existing positions. Moulding has taken the low share price forced on him by those he offended in the city and has used it to his advantage.

Polish, If the "big boys" had converted all their shares to Ingen, what then do they have sell which can contribute to this latest fall??

Movement, don’t understand your response. Put in the box the number of THG shares you would like converting to New Co. If you don’t want any then simply do nothing.

Movement, Enter the number of THG shares you want converting to New Co shares.

You are guaranteed 13.4% but you could ask for more or less.

If you do nothing you will get zero New Co shares and retain the same number of shares in Remain Co which will represent a greater share of the reduced size business.
