I do not expect Matt Moulding to mount any fight back for the sake of raising the SP. He is instead using the low share price for his own ends, which I believe is to take it private with his “gang”. He is following his own agenda to his own timescale. Small private investors can benefit from being a part of this if they are in at the right level, but don’t expect the BoD to offer any support for the share price.
All the signs are there for MM taking this private: Disregard for share price, downbeat update, raising personal capital, zero communication. More easily financed if tied in to a disposal of protein or beauty but I believe he wants the entire group if possible. The question for us private investors is how much and when. I am thoroughly conditioned to accept a figure that would have seemed laughable just a few short months ago.
Average now £1.71 from £6.19. This has been hard work but just beginning to feel I’m at a level where I have a chance of a full recovery. Good luck to all LTH. This page has been a great help (reading selectively).
First post on LSE. Been watching this board for several months now and found it very helpful. LTH averaged down from £6.18 to £3.57, currently holding 42,000 shares!
This saga has the makings of a Netflix series or Hollywood blockbuster. Casting? Tom Cruise for Moulding obviously.
