With 233 million share hitting the market today, the price action is no surprise. Looking forward to the price action next week when an even greater sum of 888 million shares hit the market.

I take it the small rise is to try and help absorb the first batch of 1.12bn placing shares to hit the market tomorrow!

Disagree with your post MMgames, many companies have substantial rises in SP without making a profit. I would say that many sustained rises have been achieved on sheer potential and estimated future earnings.

If first shipment to Mercuria is to be ready end of August/ beginning of September, then it’s inevitable that another placing is on the way. Hopefully shouldn’t be any lower than say .18p which isn’t too much a drop from here. I would also believe that the potential new finance to replace Atlas would want to see if AP can deliver first shipment on time and achieve required quantities before any possible deal.
