Company not going bust yet though!
Anyone know AIM regulations - new Nomad means suspension lifted same day or are there hoops to jump thrugh?
Talks continue - that just fuels speculation - I don't mind it going up though.
Deep pockets then!
Looks like a little more progress - closer to income flow.
This company is still alive and kicking. Sounds like they are still trying.
All back now!
All previous posts have disappeared. Up 7+%
Not sure what's affected this share price recently. Today it's the general rise after the election but it seems quite buoyant without much reason.
What do we all think now?
Who knows? Does anyone care except me?
Still no news
One buy £192+ price goes up 3.85%
It would be great to see 'appointment on Nomad' in an RNS - but all is not lost - yet!
I think this is a 'Nobody knows' answer. Getting a new Nomad would certainly increase confidence that the company has a future. Confirmation that the money announced last year is in the bank is the only real hope imo. The Nomad issue in my mind is very unclear - there have been contradictory views on here putting the blame for the relationship breakdown on Cairn or the Board. Cairn were prepared to stay on longer while a new one was found but left abruptly when the EGM notice was issued without discussion. Was it the last straw, was it lack of knowledge on the part of the board? Not all the facts are known yet in my view. Hoping for a successful outcome for all of us.
Up again
It was some years ago - I think I got a letter from my broker (Barclays) asking if I wanted to sell. I could keep the shares but there was no guarantee of divis and selling later might be a problem. How they calculated the price - who knows? I was glad to retrieve anything form the wreckage
I've had 3 aim shares delisted with differing results 1 I lost everything 1 bought back their shares and the 3rd is still operating. The cost of aim listing is significant for such small companies. Comforting to see the positive views expressed on here but there must be a question mark over the competence and experience of the board. I'm not a complete loser! I have 15 other shares in positive territory. I had high hopes of this one. I hope we all do well.
That gives some comfort. I'm surprised the there was no one (company secretary?) who would know the procedure. We don't need any more own goals.
Can it be that Cairns objected to the original purpose of the EGM? Is there something hidden in the terms of service? Or was it just the last straw in an already broken relationship?
