I had a chat with my accountant (deals a lot with IT clients) who is also invested in Watchstone. He thinks the 90m is far to much for working capital and if they were to make some acquisitions a strong balance sheet and share price would be required. A lot of consolidation is going on in this industry at the moment. Only speculation could all be complete tosh ! Having said that the new BOD have been employed to return shareholder value over time.

Thanks for that. I do believe the share consolidation was done for a reason.

Presumably this will take place after the share consolidation ? If it does it will a big effect on the share price when we will have only 44m shares in issue valued at £ each. Any thoughts would be welcome. ATB

Some excellent posts from a number of people. With a SP equivalent post consolidation of £1 and cash in the company of £3 per share. What if we get a half decent Strategy Announcement in the New Year and 10% of the Capital Repayment is reinvested back into the shares by the current shareholders. With a limited market in the shares what could the share price get to ? Perhaps the BOD have played a blinder ! Only my thoughts ATB

Good man. Absolutely no point in entertaining these people. I decided back in August QPP is now a recovery and growth investment. I am now taking a longer term view 2-3 years minimum and longer if needed. I am convinced we will be adding acquisitions over the coming year to scale the business up. Not decided what I am doing with the capital payment yet, will probably wait until the Strategic Review announcement. I also think all the bad news is now behind us (even the SFO). The SP will react strongly to the good news I am expecting in the New Year. I fully understand many investors anxiety and doubt over the future of the business and sometimes selling up and moving on is the best course of action. ATB
