Alba Joins Critical Minerals Association
Alba Mineral Resources plc (AIM: ALBA), the gold and critical raw materials focused exploration and development
company, is pleased to announce that it is now a member of the Critical Minerals Association (UK) (the "CMA").
George Frangeskides, Alba's Executive Chairman, commented:
"This is an exciting development for Alba as we reinforce our growing profile within the UK's critical minerals ecosystem
and deepen our engagement with the organisations shaping policy, skills and investment priorities across the sector. The
CMA provides a direct line of communication between industry and government and plays a leading role in supporting the
delivery of the UK's critical minerals ambitions.
"As a member, we look forward to contributing to the CMA's working groups and initiatives, and to sharing our insights
derived from our years of experience in operating and developing some of the most prominent critical mineral projects in
Europe, including the Amitsoq Graphite Deposit and, most recently, the Motzfeldt Critical Metals Project in Greenland."
Kirsty Benham, Founder and CEO, Critical Minerals Association (UK), commented:
"We are delighted to welcome Alba Mineral Resources to the association. As the UK's leading trade body for the critical
minerals sector, the CMA brings together industry and academia across the full value chain and works closely with
government and international partners to support the development of resilient and responsible supply chains. Alba's focus on
the responsible mining of strategically critical minerals aligns strongly with our mission, and we look forward to supporting
the company as it advances projects of importance to the UK."
