PRESS RELEASE Johannesburg. 14 November 2011. Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited (Harmony) has received a number of enquiries and proposals from interested third parties regarding the direct or indirect acquisition of its assets in Papua New Guinea. Harmony's Board of Directors has given careful consideration, with the assistance of its advisers, to all of these enquiries and proposals and is of the view that the disposal of the Company's Papua New Guinea assets at this early stage of their development will not realise their full potential value. This is particularly relevant in relation to the Wafi-Golpu project, where the pre-feasibility study is expected to be completed by the middle of 2012 and the feasibility study during 2014. Drilling at the Wafi-Golpu project continues to confirm the world class nature of this ore body. The Board believes that the results of the ongoing drilling and the completion of the feasibility study should significantly increase the confidence in and the potential value of the Wafi-Golpu project. Harmony has sufficient operating cash flow and financing facilities to fund the completion of the drilling and the feasibility studies. The Board is confident that Harmony will be able to fund its share of the capital required to bring the Wafi-Golpu project to production. Exploration in respect of Harmony's assets in Papua New Guinea which fall within and outside the Harmony/Newcrest Morobe joint venture areas, continues to deliver promising results. The Board believes that the continuation of Harmony's current strategy of investing in the development of its assets in Papua New Guinea is in the best interests of Harmony and its shareholders.

Outlook Commenting on the results, Harry Platt, Chief Executive said: "During the period we have successfully driven occupancy and rent roll and accelerated our programme of refurbishment and repositioning initiatives. We have also achieved good increases in property values without any benefit from yield movement. We are mindful of the broader economic environment but continue to see, since the half year end, good customer demand and positive KPI's. Further, our intensive management model enables us to respond quickly to both opportunity and challenges. With a strong balance sheet, experienced management team and attractive London property portfolio Workspace is well positioned for further growth." Daniel Kitchen, Chairman, added: "Workspace is a well managed business, soundly financed with a clear strategy. The immediate priority is to ensure delivery of our plans set out at the time of our rights issue in July; we are making good progress here. Given the trading results and positive lead indicators, we have increased the interim dividend by 10% to 2.93p per share, payable in February 2012. We are in the process of appointing a replacement for Harry as Chief Executive and expect to be in a position to announce his successor early in the New Year and so ensure an orderly transition during the first half of 2012."

Current Trading In its preliminary results statement for the year ended 30 June 2011, which was issued on 3 October 2011, the Chairman of the Company stated: "[W]e have increased revenue beyond £200 million to achieve a new record level of £213.9 million (2010: £186.4 million), an increase of 14.8 per cent. "Our profit before tax at £38.5 million (2010: £35.8 million) is also a record achievement, and 7.6 per cent. ahead of the comparative." "Notwithstanding these figures, it was a difficult year. "Our success in overseas markets was impressive with a 22 per cent. increase in revenue over the prior year and some 66 per cent. of our turnover is now outside the UK." "Investment continued throughout the year. Polyflor has completed a major refurbishment and upgrade to its production lines in Manchester and in Oldham our marketing and distribution facilities were completed with a showroom facility that has welcomed many of our partners." "In addition to this, Polyflor Australia has extended its warehouse facilities and Phoenix has relocated a short distance to modern premises. In addition, Riverside Flooring (Teesside) has successfully brought our newest facility into production." The Chairman further stated: "Although the prevailing challenge of this year was the increasing cost of raw materials and energy we remain vigilant to the fragile state of our home market. The coming year will be testing as our competitors look to our volume growth and seek to take back market share. I am, however, of the firm belief that as a result of the key structural investments that we have made and our worldwide experience we will continue to progress in the coming year." Since the announcement of its preliminary results, the Company has continued to trade robustly, and in line with the Board's expectations.

James Halstead plc ("James Halstead" or the "Company") Tender Offer and Trading Update Proposed Tender Offer to purchase up to 2.5 per cent. of the issued ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company The Company today announces its intention to return capital to Shareholders by way of a tender offer (the "Tender Offer"), pursuant to which Altium Capital Limited ("Altium"), acting as principal, will offer to purchase up to 2.5 per cent. of the Company's Shares, following which the Company will repurchase from Altium and cancel all those Shares purchased by Altium under the terms of the Tender Offer. The Tender Offer Price will be calculated as 105 per cent. of the average closing middle market price per Share for the five Business Days immediately preceding the date on which Shares are purchased. Kofax, the document-management software maker, is preparing for talks with shareholders after its executive share plan was defeated at the recent annual general meeting. The majority of votes at the AGM were cast against the share plan, forcing the board to bow to shareholders and go back to the drawing board. Unlike votes on remuneration reports, which are backward-looking, ballots to approve incentive plans are binding and cannot be dismissed by the company. Update on Malta, Offshore Area 4 PSC (Blocks 4,5,6,7) The Board of Mediterranean Oil & Gas Plc (AIM: MOG), the central Mediterranean focused producer, developer and explorer of oil and gas assets, is pleased to announce that the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary Malta Oil Pty Ltd, has now entered into a contract with Fugro-Geoteam Pty Ltd ("Fugro-Geoteam"), who will undertake the acquisition of 1,000 square kilometers of long offset 3D seismic exploration data on behalf of the Company, in relation to its licence commitment at Area 4 Offshore Malta. Fugro-Geoteam's vessel, R/V Geo Barents, has commenced mobilisation and the Company expects 3D seismic acquisition to commence on or about Wednesday 16th November 2011. The estimated duration of the survey is about 30 days. Processing of 3D data will start immediately after the completion of the survey, with the objective of obtaining the results towards the end of Q1, 2012.
