Access Intelligence* - Strong Growth Held Back by Cobent, which is being corrected; Target Price reduced from 8.7p to 7.4p - Buy A report by Growth Equities & Company Research Access Intelligence, a leading supplier of compliance solutions via Software-as-a-Service (‘SaaS’) has, this morning, released results for the twelve months ended 30th November 2010 that were in line last December’s guidance, which flagged difficulties with last March’s acquisition, Cobent. Nevertheless, the business strategy remains fundamentally sound although the group is running about a year behind our earlier expectations. Consequently, we are reducing our forecasts and target price from 8.7p to 7.4p but with the shares trading at 4.5p our recommendation remains buy.

SUMMARY The Group enters 2011 in excellent financial health, with a record opening order book and an excellent platform for future growth. In the current year capital expenditure will be in the region of £100m with significant investment in the Group's upstream Oil & Gas businesses to position them to take full advantage of the opportunities in their fast growing markets. The Group is confident of delivering good progress in 2011. Over the medium term, the Group is well placed. It has strong positions in three growing sectors with positive medium term fundamentals and an emerging markets bias. It also has a resilient business model that focuses on the sale of original equipment products to provide a growing installed base for more profitable and resilient aftermarket sales. The Group is well on track to achieve its ambition to double 2009 profits by 2014.

Sales of AZOTE® polyolefin foams increased by 22% from the low levels experienced in 2009, with the recovery broadly spread across all of our major geographic sales regions. Turnover growth of 79% in Asia was particularly pleasing given our focus on this region. Our High-Performance Polymer foam sales grew by 51% and in the opening months of 2011 we have received our first sales order for our microZOTE® roll foam line and made our first sale of Pebaxfoam® to the sports and leisure market. As our profits and dividend cover have significantly increased the Board now intends to adopt a progressive dividend policy subject to profit growth, investment requirements and the other needs of the business. We enter 2011 with a robust cash position as well as a wide variety of options for future growth and the Board is therefore confident about the long-term prospects for our business."

The Group is highly cash generative and, for the second year running, our Aviation division delivered greater net cash flow than our Distribution division. The growth drivers for the Aviation division are strong, particularly in the ground handling business, where there is a large and available market. Whilst market conditions for the Distribution division are challenging, the division is an excellent cash generator and holds a strong market position. As a result of this excellent performance, I am pleased to announce a final dividend of 14p. Overall, at the Group level the year has started positively with trading ahead of last year. With a reduced interest charge, resulting from lower overall debt levels and the positive start to the year at Menzies Aviation, we believe the Group is well placed to deliver further earnings growth and shareholder value."
