Why would we have an RNS on Friday? The offer period doesn't close until 5pm Monday. So the RNS will be Tuesday.

No CTSFO, there is nothing wrong with their wording, you're misinterpreting it. They said this:

"... conditional on the following:

Trading in the Company's shares not being restored by the close of business on Monday 31 March 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, should this single condition not be met...". The condition was 'trading NOT bring restored', so when they say 'should this condition not be met' they mean if trading IS restored by 31 march, then no conditional shares will be issued.

Grrr, now I've made a typo ! : if they DO relist they won't get the shares!!

What are you on about CTSFO ? It's very clear - if they fail to resist by 31 march then people get the extra shares (though ehat use they've will be to them God only knows), but if they don't relist they wont get the shares. Its very clear and not a typo.

I've just looked at SCGL chart too and it went from 0.14p in November to 4.2 this morning- that's a 30 bagger in under 2 months, based on very little as far as I can see ! If we could achieve that from our low of 0.7 we would reach 21p ! And unlike SCGL we have lots of reasons why this might happen.
