I certainly expected more volume - 71 trades in 2 hours is not enough to propel us higher given Garies is still selling.

1.63 intraday, a few weeks ago, is the highest we have achieved in the past 12 months.

I foresee a risecm today, but we are still waiting on important information re Easysend (and a mention of Bonfirepay would not go amiss) so I don't think we are in rerate territory just yet.

He is not obliged to put anything in the 'previous holding' (it does say 'if applicable').

Note that he crossed the threshold to 4.86% on Monday, so he probably has less than 95 mill now. And IMO the RNS is correctly completed - can't see anything wrong with it Kat.

Well you don't see that very often - a company issues an RNS saying a director is selling and the price goes up ! Shows you we have sophisticated investors here who know what is going on (and actually I think he is an ex-director isn't he ?).
