No one should be surprised if there are still issues regarding the monies owed, c.$150M in GKPs case. Payment over time in installments is acceptable as long as it is actually paid. A lower production cost per barrel of c. $20 is fine given the price received per barrel would be $50 or so more than present, greater production and visibility.

ShaMaran must be confident.

The $151M can be repaid in installments IMO, as long as it is paid.
