If you have stakes in companies you should all be proactive and contacting IR, CEO, Chairman and major institutional shareholders etc. Many 'investors' now purely buy on momentum - US stocks/crypto are great examples. Fundamentals seemingly no longer matter. People are buying stocks without analysing balance sheets or calculating fundamental metrics like P/E or PEG. Do the work. Just like 2022 those US tech stocks may just get hammered.

Liontrust have allegedly been engaging with the board and we should hear news on the NA sale 'soon'. No further details at this time.

Has anyone written to the major institutional shareholders here? An update on the NA sale before Xmas would be nice.

Stryker would be the most obvious buyer. S&N is peanuts for them.

SN have laid off 150 employees in Tennessee, may save about $8M in costs?

As a few have pointed out for the board to not announce a share buy back at a time when they are sitting on net cash of $125M is gross negligence and infuriating.

Even more so given they have then just sat back and watch their share price get pummelled by 20%.

Stakeholders should be contacting the company.

& for those who bang on about Vodafone's debt the American telcos have far higher debt to EBITDA ratios.
