Have valued Tain at $5 per boe. 2C resources of 6.1mmboe and $30m net to Rockrose. Tain was appraised by 3 wells.

Andrew Austin is very ambitious and driven to grow RRE. He is also desperate to get operator status. I've convinced myself he will want Serenity (at least)...lol

Andrew Austin has said RRE are actively looking to buy a new development asset. They are in at least 5 data rooms currently. I dont think in all honesty AA will give a toss about Liberator phase 1. I would think he will want a piece of Serenity for sure.

RRE Andrew Austin has confirmed in an interview RRE have up to $1bn to invest in new assets. They are currently sitting on £200-250m in cash. They can finance this development.

I3e lenders need more appraisal drills on Serenity I would have thought before any commitment from them. I3e are having to re-visit Liberator so they can prove the upper captain sands for that very reason. It has been the lenders that have had a large say in drill locations too. Tie up with Repsol and RRE has to be tempting to i3e. Also I am not too sure i3e are up to operator status with such a large asset. £1.85bn in recoverable oil is game changing for all parties.

If Tain and Serenity are connected I guess it would make sense for Repsol and RRE to farm in.

I guess the i3e RNS tells us that their seismic and volume analysis was spot on. RRE can now use this data to re-interpret Tain recoverable resources. Presumably they will increase. I believe Blake is recovering 50% of STOIIP. The serenity prospect has 200m STOIIP so looking at as much as 100m recoverable barrels. No need to ramp i3e the numbers talk for themselves and will definitely attract interest from bigger players IMO.

I've bought more this AM 43p. Circa £5bn worth of oil, I3e wont be in existence for much longer IMO. £500m for i3e is peanuts for some of the players in the North Sea. Rockrose have a war chest of $1bn for example..;o))

i3e could be looking at around £5bn worth of recoverable oil at a $30 margin !! Rockrose are getting $2-3 above Brent for their oil.

with 70m barrels of oil at a $30 production margin earns i3e £1.6bn. I don't think funding will be an issue.
