This move looks suspicious.

I guess they want the free flow under 10%. Then, a squeeze out should be possible (low ball price).

Personal, I think the shares are worth much more.

I certainly won't offer my shares.

15 mio. free cash flow is too optimistic. That is about what they had in the full last year.
They expect free cash of 150-200 mio. over three years and back end loaded.
So, this year 30 mio. would be great.
Personally, I expect closer to zero free cash in Q1.

They don't get 4 mio. Pound. That's wrong! They get 4 mio. Euro, equating to 3.4 mio. Pound. From the 3.4 mio. Pound they have to pay back 0.5 mio. Pound to Juke. As a result, less than 3 mio. Pound are left. Key question is: how much of that will be needed to wind-down the costs associated with the Juke contract? Probably a lot. I guess they have to fire more people
