Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
You spoke about the shareholders being wiped out, this measly 9.99% is nothing compared to what you proclaimed. Dont try back track on yourself or a quick search of your posts will prove your nonsense.
Onto the next point. You argued that getting the Dec 2020 waivers would be a stretch, fast forward and they have the waivers to 2022 relaxed. This is more than any of us expected. Now you are citing waivers for June 2022 needing to be waived ?
Do you not see a pattern of ludicrously here ? I worry about your mental health going forward as soon you'll be banging you're head on the desk when cinemas are open crying they need to reach pre-pandemic levels....
Unable to reply are we IDW ? Convenient to miss myself and Funs response to your nonsense.
Ive done my DD and I am comfortable with the risks involved. I also understand how to put things into context and apply logic to a situation which you seem to be unable todo. Speaking of common sense you lack it. I go back to my point of crying about them not being able to secure financing and low and behold they do and you say that's a bad thing ?
You had no idea what goodwill was a month ago, please do not insult anyones intelligence.
What calculations are you referring to that I was not able todo ?
IDW seems to become more and more desperate each day. His efforts look to be increasing as well now that he's not able to cry insolvency/bankruptcy.
Trying to spin off a POTENTIAL (however likely they creditors will exercise the warrant ) of a 9.99% dilution way into the future, logic dictates that they will wait for the SP to go higher to cash in.
SG seems to have abandoned IDW. He should be back for the 2 hours this share dips to consolidate.
No one gives anything for nothing ?
You have latched onto this the same way you latched onto the Dec 2020 and June 2021 waivers. You are reaching for anything to try and dribble.
Yes they have offered these warrants. IT was a shrewd move bundling into the deal the way they did. The way they have handled this additional liquidity looks good so far and the 9.99% in the future to secure the company doesn't represent a bad trade off. Again put things into context. Its a very basic skill when debating.
As I said we will look to compare this to the precious Mulan that you and SG raved about. Funny how no figures for that have been released ?
Yes Tenat was a global release in a time where the major markets in the US were closed. This is a key point when looking at the 350 million it did make. Put things into context, you seem to have a trouble in doing this. Stop comparing this to 2019 as obviously things are not the same.
You keep saying if they didn't borrow they would go insolvent ? well they did and they are not going insolent anytime soon and they have enough time to get into normal operations. Your hypotheticals are tedious to say the least. We will see into next year how things pan out but with imminent vaccine approval I am certain the box office will do much better.
Yes, the the Oxford vaccine news was not great but we shall see what the new data and results suggest. Pfizer and Moderna will be approved, I feel as that is fairly imminent.
As others have stated, there does seem to be a political agenda behind the tarnish of the Oxford vaccine as we all know the power 3rd parties have in the states and the influence they have. Due to the other 2 being American vaccines they will no doubt want to secure the lion share of the profits which is a shame as I commend Oxford going into this at cost.
I think people will be very cautions of the American vaccines as they go into the DNA level, I am no expert here but on the onset it sounds scary and the average person will be put off, a major upside to the Oxford vaccine as it does not do that so essentially should not have the potential adverse long term effects.
Very precarious time indeed. Can only hope for the best. Cine have done their bit now to secure their future.
Again cherry picking numbers to suit an agenda. I won't even go into that as anybody reading this can see your agenda.
Furthermore you conveniently ignored when I said that Tenat still made a profit and did reasonably well in a very uncertain time (350 Million).
Now onto next year, there are a whole host of movies coming out, not just 1 and with vaccines, the movies will do considerably better. May not be a billion but will be far higher than Tenat.
humorous*
March 2022. I hope that was an attempt at a humours joke.
LTH
Not sure if you have noticed but ever since the RNS came out the spread has been very far apart, before there was hardly a difference but now there definitely seems to be a widening, at one point I remember seeing it 4 points apart.
So you were shorting a company without doing your own due diligence ? nice one and your taking advice from a person who regurgitates the accounts but had no idea what goodwill is ?
I mean he speaks about the loss reported all the time but still doesn't factor in when you impair something it goes to the p/l hence inflating the 'loss'
To add to this as other have suggested cinemas act as a magnet for other businesses around them I.e restaurants, arcades etc so their is more intrinsic value to having them around.
Streaming and cinemas working in tandem is the most profitable situation for studios. They rake in money from blockbusters and down the line sell to the streaming companies and make more money. Why would they F that up?? You can’t really build hype for a movie if it’s not coming to cinemas.
An example is 6 Underground and even Enola Holmes for Netflix. The hype really wasn’t there for these movies but they were actually pretty decent. I’d imagine they would have done well in cinemas.
Wow I never thought I’d say this but I actually agree with SG post about the virus.
What a first!

why close at 62p when they can easily close at £1 when the cinemas open and start running ? they're not here for a quick buck, that's chump change to them.
Serious people deal in serious money hence your mindset of them closing at 62 shoes your narrow mindset.
FSR has printed so very nicely today !!! there will be a retrace of course but Citi group has placed a 26 target ( went from around 16 to 21 today )
I wonder how long the EV bubble will last or are we seeing the rise of a new industry with the shift to carbon free ?
Nio could be cheap now, do you see 100 next year?
While we are on the topic,
Looking to see what you guys think we should go into for short term plays ? Maybe some ER calls.
Open to all suggestions :)
I have been meaning to look into PLTR, you are right it just seems to gain day on day !
Since the Sky induced drop I am up more than I could have imagined here, 4 figures into 5 and its a wonderful feeling. Long may it continue.
