Really does not work that way but sure
Yea I think I’ll slowly start buying some up today :) with the risk in Cine greatly reduced today I’m happy to add another recovery play
Have I missed the boat in NEX, I’m thinking of putting a small amount in today
10/10 for delivery
No rights issue, no cva, shareholders are well and good.
What’s the great expense you speak off ?
His ego won’t let him, in 6 weeks those who invested around the 20p mark have seen sensational gains, he could have been one of those people.
I suggest looking into EV as this sector will explode, especially if the rumours of a ban on the sale of petrol and diesel cars in 2030 is true ( I highly doubt it) but generally the sector should provide good gains.
What don’t you understand, the issues cineworld have were brought about in the short term and this was Covid. These debt issues would be a non starter if the pandemic didn’t happen and that’s why the RNS is what it is, very good news.
Are you being purposefully daft ? You have over 2000 posts and all your posts are on cineworld this month. Do you even know what your doing ?
Tiered system not lockdown
I cannot buy more on t212 (CFD)
IDW - if you had half a brain cell you’d logically ascertain this won’t happen until the share price is high, you think in 5 years this won’t go back to the previous 5 year average of above £2. Get a grip.
Stop throwing a tantrum, you’re acting like a weirdo now. You aren’t invested yet you’re here on a day where the short term financial issues are sorted ?
Your employer must be disappointed you haven’t swayed anyone into selling shares.
These pathetic journalists can’t get anything right can they.
When the first waiver was signed it flew to £1. That was in June in a far more uncertain time. This is being held down, for every buy there is a sell pretty much.
IDW.
You cried about liquidity, that’s been solved.
4.5% interest. Very reasonable
You screamed about the waivers, sorted till 22.
The share bond used, very shrewd.
More debt yes but that was a given, this will be easily serviced when normal operations are resumed.
No talks of bankruptcy, shareholders aren’t being wiped out.
You lost this argument because you tired to google yourself into being smart and Miss used the information in the H1 report. Be a better person, admit you were wrong and since your not invested move on.
Pahaha IDW Just stop it, there is no way to spin bad news on this. I’ve already explained the way the dilution works aswell.
These closures can be done without a CVA. I don’t think cineworld will be able to go through that route with the additional funding which has been secured. Makes no sense to cry insolvency if you have just been given money ?
Not to mention the % they quote ??? Surely something is amiss here
Im sure they’re should be some sort of law against spreading misinformation? How are they posting this on the day when an RNS comes out securing liquidity putting the CVA talk to rest ?
https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/investing/article-8970417/Why-Cineworld-UKs-shorted-stock.html
Well why do they need to ? With the current lending secured there’s no point ?
It’s the first time I’ve ever seen the buy and sell amount to be this close. Loads of manipulation going on imo
